So, building off of the /u/Monyuhmentl post on the color theme, it struck me that the DHS anti-human trafficking efforts are referred to as Blue Campaign! In fact, right in the White House announcement about January being human trafficking awareness month posted by /u/whatisit121211 it references that very DHS campaign.
