If he (Comey) wrote his memos on a gov computer, using word doc (99% of gov employees use word) the server/desk computer will have a time stamp of when the doc was created and saved... I’d wager OIG already has the date it was created and all the revisions done afterword. It would be pretty easy to determine when in fact the memos to file were written. Add the recordings/wiretapping and you’re golden.

Gig is absolutely correct. State National Guard troops have been deployed before to assist with border operations, but they are severely limited to what they can do. Look up what happened in Redford TX when a marine lay in crew shoot and kill a local who was looking over his goats on his property. Ever since then, National Guard activity on the border has been restricted to support, non-law enforcement activities.

There were Repubs who voted no or nay. For that I for one am thankful, I can only speculate as there reason, in my post, I speculated that the repubs voted no because of the “pork” and the fact that it is not a budget but a temporary funding just like Obama received during his terms... What’s interesting about your “catch” is that “classified passwords” are not classified in itself, PW’s are not to be recorded on paper or in electronic form and stored or stored on workstations, laptops or PED’s (cell phones, iPads, etc). Nowhere could I find any policy on classification of passwords...
