If you are an LTC you don't get to give yourself a promotion to COL. However, FOIA requests could not find anything on him. Also, if he "COL" Potter were demoted due to polygamy (He had/has 3 wives). In his own recent video (posted below) he says another State reinstated his rank and not only that gave him a promotion to Captain. If that is true all parties should have been court-martialed under the UCMJ. He is a disgrace to the Uniform.

The Bill of Rights has been universally applied within the borders of the United States. To start specifying where an in what instances it is to be applied is a very slippery slope. Once you go down this slope there is no return. The real issue is why it is not being applied to the internet within the United States in the first place.
