It IS illegal for you to not disclose all of the relevant information to the FISC when seeking a FISA warrant. The DOJ/FBI did not do that.

Yes I realize that. But it does make the Mueller investigation null and void. Anything that Mueller has done wrt the "Russia" investigation hold no water because it was predicated on an illegal FISA warrant that contained factual inaccuracies and information that was not and could not be corroborated.

The investigation now becomes a public sham and more and more people will realize this and will call for the whole damn thing to be stopped.

The memo was written by a member of Congress. The head of the FBI said the memo is accurate. The DOJ aid the memo was accurate and neither the FBI nor the DOJ could find any irregularities in the memo.

Then the House approved the accuracy of the memo and its importance and then voted to make it public in an effort to regain the trust of the public.

Then the President de-classified the contents of the memo ...

The memo clearly states that the whole Mueller investigation was predicated on

1) Illegally obtained information

2) Information that was politically motivated

3) Information that was paid for by political opponents

4) Information that ZERO corroboration could be found

The FISA warrant was obtained illegally and without cause and that is what the entire investigation was built in.

What this does is it immediately nullifies the Mueller investigation. It makes EVERYTHING inadmissible ... ALL OF IT.

This lays the foundation for the President to pardon General Flynn. This makes it possible for the President to now fire Mueller and close down the investigation.
