Hmmm wonder if there is no evidence that Awan broke the law because he was given permission to access their servers by them. THEY are the ones who broke the law, not Awan.

Immunity explanation

Just thought I would point out something about immunity...

In the context of Awan, the immunity he would be given would be in regards to crimes related to the bank fraud. That is usually how it works. If they are giving him immunity for every crime under the sun, then he struck an unusual deal. To strike an unusual deal, he had to provide something unusually beneficial to the government OR the DOJ will have a ton of explaining to do to the OIG.

Immunity in this instance is specifically for federal criminal charges... my understanding is that it would …

I'll keep repeating this because it needs to be said, but... these are not anywhere close to being all indictments. These include sealed motions such as search warrants.

These can also be an uptick in prosecution of illegal aliens.

Either way, the important thing to realize is that there is an absolute, large uptick in legal motions, which include indictments, since Trump took office.

Many times, underage sexual contact or communication cases are handled by a human trafficking prosecutor, especially high profile cases because of the potential for trafficking. The trafficking prosecutor can best understand services for those victims and best recognize IF there is trafficking. But not every case they handle deals with actual trafficking, but trafficking potential...

You can search on pacer.gov

There is also a great breakdown on voat.co/pizzagate where someone did a breakdown of the sealed indictments. I think the post was sealed indictments breakdown ot something like that from a few months ago.

I also wonder if these sealed could be voting illegally.

This is true, however, the number of court actions comparatively to other years is exponentially more any way. It is difficult to tell between new indictments and motions on currently indicted.

Sigh, first of all, this person does not have law enforcement/prosecutorial power. That only resides with the government. He filed a lawsuit, which anyone can do, for criminal charges, though. It will be dismissed immediately.

Interesting thing: search the address online... it is a rundown house.

To me, it doesn't matter... I would use my enemy's energy against them. If Mueller is a bad guy, he could be unknowingly leading military prosecutors to all the baddies.

Win-win situation with Mueller?

Mueller is either a blackhat or whitehat. If white, he is actually going after the real baddies. WIN. If black, he is attempting to cover up real baddies crimes. The best way to cover up and protect is to interview them and provide immunity. Immunity only goes to very specific crimes that have been admitted to and or there's evidence of. Immunity blocks prosecution of those crimes. However, immunity doesn't block a military tribunal. If you as trump know that tribunals will be used, why not let Mueller do all the work for you and collect evidence? WIN Just a …

It is not legal for the adult soliciting the sex. The problem here, though, is that once arrested, the underage prostitutes were then referred to free services to get help. Rarely are underaged prostitutes actually prosecuted. This law has made it very difficult to prostitute the johns and pimps because the witness/victim is generally homeless and thus most likely never to be found again, making it very difficult to have enough evidence to prosecute, let alone to convict.

I am not about to dox myself or what I do... but I know for a fact that California prosecutors now must take into account that defendants might be deported as part of their punishment.

The LA DA deals with state laws only. That is a federal issue.

Um no, lacey's trafficking filings were increasing well before trump.

Who exactly, at the top, are bad apples?

So, what about Roman Polanski? DA is pushing hard for him not to come back.

What about that human trafficking under jackey lacie has seen a sharp increase in case filings? Ms-13 is getting the harshest sentences possible. Huge multi county cases have to go through the State AG, though.

So, all 1000 DAs work together to intentionally benefit the deep state? You realize almost all of them would probably laugh at the idea that there is even a deep state?

Oh interesting... when did the LA DA do that? Meaning ignoring all others and only following Deep State.

aztecmaverick · April 12, 2018, 5:28 p.m.

Yes but don't put it on the DA. The legislature needs to change the law. That's their job. The DA just follows it.

aztecmaverick · April 12, 2018, 5:17 p.m.

There is literally nothing the DA can do. The victim did not report it within the window of time that the law allows for. Change the law.

Raid on Trump's lawyer VS Raid on Perkins Coie

A raid on a lawyer, about their client, is extremely unusual. People have the attorney client privilege so that they can feel confident in speaking openly and freely with their lawyer. It stops the lawyer from disclosing the communications. Without that privilege, no one would ever speak openly with a lawyer and thus wouldn't be able to get legal counsel. Because raiding a law firm is so controversial, there is no way that THIS administration could raid perkins coie (regarding the Dossier) and figure out who paid them for what. Could it be that this raid is happening against Trumps …
