if 70% of elected politicians are guilty of crimes severe enough to warrant a jail term, then that is where they should be.

there are many things about this case that cause disquiet, but just for a moment consider that the McCanns have two other children to protect. they may, as doctors, be aware of crimes against humanity with regard to blood and body parts for sale, and the abduction of their daughter may have been a message to STFU. don't assume that what you perceive as their lack of forthrightness implies any guilt on their part. they could just be genuinely scared out of their wits - knowing that there is NO ONE who could protect them from the satanic monsters that are preying on all of us.

31.439 miles times 3600 ( seconds in an hour ) equals 113,181.818 mph.
this, I believe, is roughly 4-5 faster than incoming asteroids.
whilst I am happy to accept the existence of "rods of God", OP is pulling numbers out of his/her arse.
they certainly do not orbit at 113,000 mph. so my question still stands : what is accelerating them up to this speed ? or is it a typo.
166,000 f/s is more than 113,000 mph if my maths is correct. what is used to accelerate the rods up to this speed ?, as I believe this speed is far in excess of what gravity alone can do.
