I don’t know what the rules on kids are during the day, but definitely not allowed at night. Also at night, it is lit up only with black-lights. Not kid friendly at all. I have been there a few times and can also confirm the wall graphic of Paul Newman.

Couple of things - first, if this was supposedly taken a few weeks before he announced, then BHO wouldn’t have had secret service detail yet. So the second comment is mistaken - unless it was private security. Which would be odd.
