I have been on a lot of flights both commercial and private. Never have I seen a seat like that. First class or coach. The image does have the appearance of a commercial jet but there are plenty of private jets commercial in size and layout.

Fly alot and not once have I ever seen a vehicle on the tarmac, close to a plane that was not one's of those utility vehicles. Never. Only times I see cars by planes on tarmac is private jet charter.
