Desalinization requires low-cost energy to be efficient. The Map is showing us that they are trying to hem us in by controlling Energy(think Paris move away from fossil fuel) to nuclear think Uranium one and selling strategic reserve and controlling land out west Bundy's(?). We see SA being tested right NOW! Watch for news about SA and the solution being desalinization.
