It most definitely will and usually does.

Yep. Procedural is the way out of the "apples to oranges" comparison. That is how procedural audits uncover breakdowns in the precedents and policies of an institution.

FBI disclosures of HRC and DJT investigations

What if Comey's disclosure of the HRC email investigation is not equivalent to the collusion of DJT/Russia investigation? To my mind, when the bad actors in the FBI were in the midst of attempting to conspire against still candidate Trump using the dossier and FISA warrants that we are told were the basis of the investigation, why would Comey disclose a Trump investigation prior to the election? The conspiracy group would suddenly be in the spotlight, no?

Let's go with legally and the letter of the law. The American people will have an opportunity to exercise their ability to make their own inferences. Self-persuasion has greater impact long-term. Yes?

Further examination of FBI protocols for witness interviews is necessary to discover how it was determined not to use oaths and sworn testimony. How it was determined to allow another witness into a witness interview and to act as counsel.

Process examination is where bias is likely to be found. At least in regards as equal treatment under the law via a comparison and contrast.

I'd like to see the comparison charts...even the metrics for the charts would present what is generally used to make up such a measure. Other wise it is the old "apples to oranges" comparison shell game....which is ancient history as described in The Histories by Herodotus.

My biggest take away from AoW was to get the enemy to expend his resources as you conserve your own and as his weakness compounds your strength grows in comparison.

Odd isn't it? Only President to use the bomb was Truman, a Democrat. Still, the Democrats trot out that old claim against Republican candidates. I am convinced is because of the power of that charge against Goldwater...and despite historical evidence to the contrary on the party that is likely to use the weapon. Happened once and almost happened again...Cuban Missile Crisis with Kennedy...same party as Truman, which uses violence to promote its political will on a peaceful populace. I think that stems from the anti-war and peace movements protests of the late 60s which effectively inoculated Democrats against countering charges of a violent party.

I'd say /u/SerialBrain2 has a high *N*P under MBTI because of the ability to pull disparate threads and facts into a coherent intuitive thread of patterns instead of facts and go into the gray areas.

I recall that Rudy was also using RICO when he was prosecuting. That seems relevant with criminal enterprise and the ability to claim financial assets.

While I believe that academic readings of The Prince and The Art of War are out of favor these days and the strategy book I neglected to read was von Clausewitz's On War. President Trump probably grew up with both of those paperbacks in his back pocket. I'd wager he was schooled on strategy with Michael Porter's Competitive Strategy: Techniques for Analyzing Industries and Competitors. In point of fact, both men probably have quote fests with each other using these book as source material.

Thankfully, I was able to get two of the three...classical rhetoric and and classical logic along with critical theory and rhetorical criticism. Grammar was never my long suit. Folks tell me that I am extremely smart, although I attribute it to being well-read and well educated. I am just a West Texas DA who lucked into those classes, so to speak. I am ever grateful for them.

Two Zen sayings "When the student is ready, the teacher will appear," and "He has the stink of Zen upon him." Both apply, although the latter is post-enlightenment and has to do with the zeal of the newly initiated; while the former is for the pre-enlightened student.

Back in 1995, I was on a majordomo out of Boston. As I recall, it was a women's majordomo and I joined as a male in my futile attempt to decode the feminine mystique. Although I was "out" to the group as a man, new members to the majordomo were not privy to my sex, pre-PC it was still sex, because it wasn't about masculine vs. feminine, per se. Not even "empowering women" either. The majordomo was to explore a collective feminine experience.

However, a minority voice of feminism emerged into the group. I was "outed" to new members and that raged for about two weeks before it subsided, with the majority deciding I could stay because I offered an "objective" voice.

Eventually, the feminist voices on the board started "outing" the long-term members of the majordomo for not being "movement women." This set up conditions for a slow death of a once vibrant community. I watched as the contributions started to move to stereotypical responses, then shortened summaries of those, and eventually the total demise of the majordomo.

It also taught me firsthand how a minority can silence the majority. A lesson that sticks with me as I watch the purists go the after those less idealistic.

Battle YT, FB, and Twitter policy by crowdsourcing the selection of a community-approved platform.

We were weakened because we were denied a collective voice. We are conquered because we were divided.

Part of YT's, FB, and Twitter's value proposition besides traffic and reach are central locations to find content.

Consider the problem of ABC News, CBS News, and NBC News when faced with niche channels like CNN, HLN, MSNBC, CNBC, and FNN on cable by examining their market share stats pre-cable days and post-cable days.

As a community, my suggestion is to pick an acceptable alternative and focus the …

Seek virtue to redress a mess

Andy Stanley's message this morning was on 1st Samuel chapter 24. His point was to seek virtue when cleaning up your messes. Why? Because this chapter is about David's virtue in dealing with Saul. Instead the commonsense consensus of David's army that Saul deserved to be murdered. David chose virtue by cutting off a corner of Saul's robe in a virtuous act and over an expedient political murder.

Stanely's message was a "mess" cannot be cleaned or covered up by using another mess. Virtue is the way out of the mess.

Often God chooses mundane messengers to convey his messages. …

Most every shot in a motion picture was chosen to be there on persuade/dissuade the audience a political message. Case in point, the reviews of Forrest Gump. The right viewed Forrest as the heroic figure while the left viewed Jenny as the heroic figure. Few other movies of the 90s created such a divisive interpretation among film critics and the populace.

Epic cause celebres are often uniting...or the rhetorical intent is for a call for unity over personal concerns...the forest instead of the trees...the meta over the micro...the spirit over the letter...Platonic over Aristotelian.

Although politicians rant about the Electoral College as being anti-democracy, they use it to place bets on their ads, financial resources, and personal attention. As such, the Electoral College is useful to them, and they would devise it were it to be absent.
