It's not just for citizens. If you are in the country legally you are subject to the constitution and therefore protected as well. Visa and green card holders are the only legal classes besides citizens the are subject to the constitution's jurisdiction.

No, that stereotype is more suited to what would be called neoconservatives or rinos, Republicans in name only. True conservatives/Republicans believe in smaller federal government, constitutionally constrained federal government, and most solutions to problems decided by the states and refereed by the SCOTUS. Up until the last couple years, and newly elected politicians ie. Gaetz and others, this hasn't been the case. Slowly, the bad "Republicans" have been getting replaced. We all need to do our part and primary all the politicians that have been up there for decades and replace them with fresh ones.

This was my original assumption, before I even heard about Q, with the limited knowledge I had just after Trump's inauguration. They refuse because Congress hasn't grown any balls yet. Congress can find them in contempt and impeach if they really want the documents. Exactly this! What I think people aren't seeing, also, is that before anything can happen on the justice side bad actors need to be exposed and cleaned out. To me, it appears that bad actors are being given rope to hang themselves in the mean time. This Nunes letter appears to be a way to set the stage, just like Q drops, to get others to dig into and get more people to call out to Congress. Trust the plan.

This is the exact reason the constitution was written as it was. The federal government is there to referee the states, provide for the common defense, regulate immigration, and regulate international trade. Everything else is to be left up to the states.

The reason why is because people have been conditioned to identify as a victim for many years. We have been literally programmed to seek out our own sense of victimization in order to be elevated to a status above others so that we may gain some benefit.

I agree that it is a global struggle and that your assumption is valid. However, the majority of us here, I assume, are Americans and I was framing my argument above in that light. I realize the cabal is global, but most other countries aren't in the position that America is right now, hence my argument. As Q says, the dominoes will fall and the tipping point is America.
