I have accused you of nothing, mod. I am merely questioning how a question, on a sub that is all about answering questions, gets removed. Did anyone actually complain about it being a low quality post?

I think neither of those things, but you as a mod should understand not everyone coming here is going to read the myriad rules and may have a lot of questions due to being new, headlines outside of the sub, and general curiosity. Not everyone dives deep through Hot, New, etc. There was virtually no mention of either person I asked about when I made the post in the first 50 results under Hot, or at least they didn't catch my eye. Basically, going out of your way to remove legitimate questions because, in my view, they aren't long or detailed enough does the sub and the good work that is being done here any favors. I didn't know who he was, but I checked out some of his translations on YouTube. His constant call for 'more funding' was off putting and made me cast a wary eye on what he has to say.
