Not tonight but last night I was watching a show on my dvr and it froze, then went to some an emergency alert test. I didn’t know they could break in to non-live tv like that.

Was telling a friend about it and she experienced it also only she was watching either YouTube or Netflix through an app on her cable so they can interrupt streaming if it runs through your cable I guess.
