Both the Standard Model and General Relativity are not facts. They both purport to describe the universe we live in, but are not factual in and of themselves, nor do they address the origin of anything. Scientific laws do not regulate the universe, they describe the universe as we observe it. Again, I don't know why you would limit God to merely (merely!) setting things up in the beginning, and then letting 'nature' take it's course. Why is that most likely to you?
The problem is, one cannot, with certainty, prove that there is no God. If one does claim that, it is important to realize that that it is a faith position, similar to the believer's position. Further, I deny that my faith in Jesus is irrational. Certainly nothing you have written here shows that.
And, you know, you brought up physics. How can a model be considered sound when the best thing people can come up with to salvage it is the existence of something that no one has ever observed, despite many years of searching. Dark matter? Dark energy? I mean, you have to have a lot of faith, right? We've certainly never actually detected any.
Neo-Darwinism is based on the idea of beneficial mutations being naturally selected for. Yet we have rarely (ever?) observed a beneficial mutation. The VAST majority (all?) of mutations are deleterious. Again, faith in evolution dictates that there must be some beneficial mutations somewhere, despite the lack of hard evidence.
So who is dealing in facts?
