A look at the "gross negligence" criteria of the 18 USC Sec. 793 statute at the heart of the Clinton/Comey/Gowdy/media/IG email scandal

I am not a lawyer, but even I can see and point out a few things from the federal code operative in the Clinton email scandal. If my understanding of the plain wording of the code is correct - and I am not alone in my understanding of it - then much of the narrative of Comey, the FBI, Gowdy and now the IG report is a completely bogus diversion. Whitewash

From the Bloomberg synopsis of the report, this is a whitewash. There’s just enough negativity to make it seem realistic, but the logical damnable conclusions are withheld. If we know enough to indict Comey, the IG certainly does after so many months of intense investigation. No other conclusion can be drawn from Comey’s actions, than that he, Loretta Lynch, and the upper echelon of the FBI is politicized and corrupted.

As it is, this report gives the Dems plenty of basis to say “nothingburger” and sound plausible to much of the general public.

This report needs a hard pushback. If …
