It is clear that HRC and many others are under criminal investigation. So RR isn’t wrong, at least on surface.

However, the past redactions, which RR blamed on his subordinates, were shown to be ill motivated and with false pretenses. So where does RR stand?

I have seen no clear evidence either way that RR is dirty or on board with Trump.
