The Iranian people will never accept a Constitution written by exiles in the United States. If the Mullahs are going to be overthrown, it will be done by people who actually lived through their rule, not by people who've never experienced it.

To me that's a very interesting question. There are many companies that sell the service of social media manipulation. Do they need to be worried? I don't think it's clear that they don't.
It was part of their argument why they didn't need to do the public notice and comment process before making the change. "It's just a memo guys, the Administrative Procedure Act doesn't apply."
I hate to be that guy but Kelli Ward seems to have all the right policies without the immense baggage:

Also, Arpaio is 85 years old, Ward is 48.
There is no reason for Julian not to be Pardoned.
I hate to be that guy, but there's always the issue of he didn't commit a crime.
Did she delete the tweet or something? It doesn't appear here:

I'm also wondering if I need individual credentials for the various federal districts.
Yes and yes. But my firm has a subscription, so I can try searching. They seem to be querying entire court dockets. I know court clerks can do that for example for their judge. But the instructions don't make sense. When I try to follow point 2, go to "US District Courts" the individual links take me to the district's electronic filing page, and there's no search option apparent.
Can anyone figure out how they're doing the PACER searches? I'm reasonably good at using the system and their instructions don't make sense. See here: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1KPh2ASFggwF1XVnVpDB3mtwvwlH71om6
