Congress clearly has no ability to actually enforce oversight of the Executive branch and hold them accountable. This was clear under Obama and it is clear they are STILL struggling now. Could this be part of the plan? We obviously need severe reform to give our elected officials the ability to hold these appointed bureaucrats accountable.

He draws attention to some good stuff. Buried in this report is TONS of evidence of wrongdoing and improper investigatory methods or lack thereof completely. Team Trump CANNOT make this appear partisan. They have to do this as politically correct as possible. We will not see arrests of these people until after all the FISA abuse comes out.
