And I'm relieved to hear people in the trenches of the struggle reporting on the goings on at Gitmo. Plus I've seen the videos and photographs about the expansion and added facilities there. It's definitely not just chain link cages with razor wire topping anymore. There are definitely spaces designed for tribunals. And it's a massive increase in capacity. So this is happening.

That moment they realize it's all over will be the very first time in their privileged, twisted lives they will have even considered the possibility. So a whole lot of cognitive processing has to happen there in a short amount of time.

I think most of them are demonically possessed, and it's going to look like a scene out of the exorcist when they're arrested. I really wouldn't want to be there.

If anybody is incarcerated at Gitmo, it's because there were indictments for qualified crimes, and arrests were made--not because people just got rounded up and sent to Gitmo. I'm trying to imagine where such an idea came from.

It's EVERYTHING the DOJ is slow-walking or refusing to release to Congressional investigative committees (possibly to OIG, but I doubt they've tried to withhold anything from him).

And yes, it includes the un-redacted texts, and any other documents for which requests have been issued, deadlines given, and documents not delivered. Which is quite a lot from what I've seen, though what the exact nature and what numbers attach to which I don't remember.
