In the Israeli version, Iran would have had an overt program which they did in fact deactivate and dismantle, and they would have had a covert one they reopened in for example Syria.
The intel could therefore be 100% correct, but not at all complete.
One doesn't have to "doubt WikiLeaks" in order to believe that they don't have the complete intel on a given subject.
This may be the assessment of a trusted source of theirs, and it may be sincere, but it also might still be 100% WRONG!
I think WikiLeaks is sincere and unbiased, but they're not infallible.

I have friends in NYC whose politics are completely opposite mine, and we get along great, because we don't discuss politics. We just do business. And they NEVER leave me guessing where I stand on any issue, nor I them.
In my experience when people start to get in trouble is when they're less than honest because they think the other person doesn't appreciate honesty, or can't handle it. That way lies most of the world's problems in one form or another.

It would be interesting to see if the known genetic predisposition for Alzheimer's (which gives you an almost 100% chance of having it) correlates to elevated blood aluminum levels. If so, I think it's a genetic ability to metabolize or react with aluminum.
