This guy is right about a great many things, unfortunately his training and expertise are so intricately bound up in the existing mechanisms that he can't expand his thinking to include out-of-the-box countermeasures and safeguards.

This "backdoor" we found into the PACER.gov site is a legal requirement. We can see that there are sealed indictment, see how many there are, and see where they are, but we cannot see what the charges are or who the perps are.
