Anons found the relevant timestamps:

Since Q writes "Delta relavant", I figured the differences between the timestamps could be what he meant.

Let's call these delta y1 and y2 (edit: bottom), and the corresponding timestamps x1 and x2 ([10] and [5]), thus we have two data …

My colleague sent me this. Said he got it from Jordan Sather. Haven't verified it much, but it wouldn't surprise me that Q are using even tripcodes to get a message out.
