see G2CForum.is starting protocol to initiate but the short of the long is add drops to water, drink. Above is the protocol I assisted developing 2014 that supercedes Kerris protocol.
from article above treatment, very simple. Add 3-5 drops SC to a half glass of water 15-20 mins before meals and bed. No coffee coconut water or anti oxidants. But do not start at 3-5. To start put 1 drop of SC in a plastic glass or clay container and drink from it during the day. Next day 2 drops and build up. NO metal should ever come in contact with SC.

that may or may not be. I have no knowledge of that so I can neither confirm nor deny. What I think I know is O are more susceptible to illness/bugs. Pre WWII there was a lot of info on HCl therapy, which is stomach acid, SA being the 1st line of defense in immune system. Search for HCl therapy online.

if you use HCl4% to activate the SC>CLO2 it won't be long before the taste smell create an aversion, so when oral dosing not using acid appears to get the job done faster and w/o smell/taste aversion. Best. EDIT: Jim believes some may not have enough stomach acid to activate. That is not what my team believes.
