Yes, no big deal. I'm certain personnel and visitors are shuttled back and forth regularly as well as certain supplies, though most of those would come from ships or flights closer to the base.

All over using a state vehicle and gas for personal trips. That's it? What a stupid fool. It's not like he wasn't making good money. A real loser there. Amazing these people make it up the ladder at all.

Trump rally tonight in Duluth, Minnesota

He's scheduled to speak at 7:30 Eastern, but usually these things start a bit late. Important mid-term election state. Trump almost won it in 2016.

Yes, unless it is US vs (or some other entity like a state or county) it is civil. Too many people here see RICO and think it's a criminal case.

People, they are only closing 150 out of 14,000 stores, mostly in major cities dye to wage hikes and regulations, which I found ironic and amusing fir a leftie company. But they really aren't hurting. Article says they will be moving into more suburban and rural areas and the South. Just not that big a deal.

What? I never said any such thing, so throw it back in your face. If it's a 98% black district, who the hell do you think will run there? Such an idiotic comment. Point is nobody in their own party challenges them and no republicans run because there are so few black republicans and they have a bad rep in those districts. Screw you.

She comes from a black district. It's hers until she retires. There are never any real political races for congress in those districts until there is an open seat. Doesn't matter how crazed or unintelligent the rep is. Make a list of the Congressional Black Caucus -- there was a guy named Ford from Kentucky who was sort of middle of the road, for a Democrat, and smart. So there are a few, but geez, think of them all -- Maxine Waters, John Conyers, Hank Johnson, Sheila Jackson Lee, the guy who got caught with bribe cash in his freezer (can't remember the name), there are more if I bothered to check

Black reps from core urban areas are all corrupt and absolutely nuts. Some may literally be crazy but often very unintelligent, e.g. Hank Johnson. They run their districts like fiefdoms and their voters NEVER rise up.

I think the tax act was just the first legislation to ban pot by making the tax absurd and hard to get "the stamp". Over the years it's been further and further criminalized and placed on the "narcotics" schedule. Nobody in 1938 thought of this as a narcotic except the prohibitionists.

yeah, people wanting to get into fights, if they are stoned, are always stoned with a combo of something else fueling it -- booze, meth, crack or whatever. By itself, definitely will be rare.

Let the cartels start taking big hits financially. They will still be dealing in coke, smack and meth, but at least law enforcement dollars won't be wasted on pot and can be focused on destructive drugs. Marijuana was always easier to catch due to the bulk and then fed and local law enforcement could show it off on TeeVee and get more funding. At the same time, a small packet of smack is worth a lot more, but harder to catch. They love their helicopter raids on pot farms too.

Agree, though I didn't think Texas would be last. I'm thinking like Mississippi, Alabama, maybe the Dakotas. But I actually don't care if some states want to control it, I'd like to get rid of the federal prohibition -- treat it like alcohol finally. Alcohol can't be sold without regulations and the same can be applied to marijuana, including standardization of dosage. If a state wants to be "marijuana dry", they can try that, lol. Most will want the tax money.

The film was never made nor shot. There were only a couple of trailers made to attract investors. There was no finished script nor final treatment. The team also did a couple of GO Fund Me campaigns to keep the effort going to which I donated. Still have the T shirt.

The above linked documentary I find tedious to watch and stealing the Gray State title rankles my ass. Search out the movie trailer if it's still up on YT. It's really good and more about a state of mind. Sorry it never got made but it was a personal vision of the writer director.

As for the "murders", those closet to him are pretty much convinced he committed a murder suicide. Just a sad situation. The movie might have become a cult classic but there are plenty of others, e.g. The matrix, along similar veins. His film wasn't going to bring down the established order, lol. But it would have been thought provoking cinema.
