Theres too much to live for Anon, have you played any video games recently? If not, go find one that looks fun and play it. If you have and you're still down, consider applying yourself to something constructive, maybe do some digging or spread the word around the net about the WHOs draft bill that includes video game addiction as a mental disorder.
