Have you considered just asking the individual in question to stop posting? I know this is a wild idea but many of us, myself included, are not here to cause problems. Instead they are here to contribute. If those contributions are not wanted I'm sure that when the person realizes that they would stop. They probably continue because they have received positive feedback. instead of making a big fight over it just ask politely and I bet you will get what you want. Just my 2 cents.
