Every morning at sunrise, I pray earnestly, some days to the point of tears for this world and the souls within it. This morning was one of those days.
Rarely do I beg God not to abandon us to these wicked. Not to take his gaze from us as we struggle to do good and be found worthy of the gift. But this morning, as the light broke I was praying for you angels and the good children and the lost. Pleading with God to not foresake us, but give us the strength and persevance to overcome the enemy and free this world.
I am a hard man and not prone to tears, but I wept and weep now because of this.
