This story did not have a link to its publication, but I grabbed a cap from the Notable.

 

I read the bit posted with the Notable and noticed something potentially important. The vaccine was called a "medicine". Vaccines are approved as "biologics" I believe, allowing them to be approved for use with vastly less testing than other pharmaceutical drugs. I have not yet seen the package inserts on the authorized "coronavirus" vaccines (Pfizer and Moderna) to check this, but I have read that "coronavirus" vaccines using mRNA are called "gene therapies" and not vaccines.

 

Since the "vaccine" (which may be a "gene therapy") is experimental and only "emergency use authorized" it seems to me that vaccinating prisoners would ironically violate some sort of international agreements protecting foreign prisoners (of war?). Could that be the real reason this plan was halted? Even though the prisoners ostensibly could "refuse"?

 

Any American taking this shot is on their own. The manufacturers face no liability for harming you, and in most cases it has been offered voluntarily (I don't know about those in nursing homes, who may lack the ability for informed consent).

Dynology runs IIAs (Interactive Internet Activities) with the DoD. The Smith-Mundt Modernizations Act was changed to allow propaganda/IIAs (PSYOPs) on domestic populations as long as it was through the Internet. Patrick in the ShadowGate documentary said they can use the software to target just individuals and that it was "the most malevolent operations you could imagine." They call the software ShadowNet and now sell it commercially.

 

McChrystal Group has similar software to ShadowNet. The company was started by the four-star general McChrystal who ran the Joint Special Operations Command. JSOC was known for its unchecked torture program in Iraq. He started McChrystal Group to bring his skills to the American private sector, whatever that means.

 

ClearForce has Michael Hayden on its board. ClearForce: "is an analytic behavioral rick management company providing early & ongoing discovery of individual pressure, stress, misconduct and crime." It also provides real time alerts of "behavioral anomalies" on individuals being watched. Sounds like gangstalking to me. The documentary also claims that ClearForce is one of the companies that get a copy of the information the NSA scoops up from the Internet to further their surveillance efforts. Michael Hayden was after all the former director of the NSA and CIA. General James L. Jones also sits on ClearForce's board and on Dynology's board as well. He is a heavy investor in Dynology and his son runs the company.

 

The whistleblowers claim that pretty much all intelligence operations go through private companies, like Global Strategies Group, so it can hide its tracks from FOIA requests. Gangstalking definitely is coming from government, but it is using the private sector to avoid detection.

An overwhelming amount of the stock market is traded by bots. What is the number 1 way to remove uncertainty? Remove variability. How do you remove variability? Drop variables out.

One key consideration for brokers, particularly around high-flying and volatile stocks like GameStop, is in the money they must put up with the DTCC while waiting a few days for stock transactions to settle. Those outlays, which behave like margin in a brokerage account, can create a cash crunch on volatile days, say when GameStop falls from $483 to $112 as it did at one point during Thursday’s session.

β€œIt’s not really Robinhood doing nefarious stuff,” said Bloomberg Intelligence analyst Larry Tabb. β€œIt’s the DTCC saying β€˜This stuff is just too risky. We don’t trust that these guys have the cash to be able to withstand settling these things two days from now, because in two days, who knows what the price could be, it could be zero.’”

The trouble on Thursday began around 10 a.m., when after days of turbulence, the DTCC demanded significantly more collateral from member brokers, according to two people familiar with the matter.

A spokesman for the DTCC wouldn’t specify how much it required from specific firms but said that by the end of the day industrywide collateral requirements jumped to $33.5 billion, up from $26 billion.

Brokerage executives rushed to figure out how to come up with the funds. Robinhood’s reaction drew the most public attention, but the firm wasn’t alone in limiting trading of stocks such as GameStop and AMC Entertainment Holdings Inc.

Thomas Peterffy, the billionaire chairman of Interactive Brokers, told Bloomberg TV the restrictions were prompted by concerns β€œabout the integrity of the marketplace and the system.”

ETrade stressed that its measures were a highly unusual. β€œWe take actions like this seriously, and only initiate them in rare circumstances,” said spokesman Thayer Fox, adding that he expected normal trading to resume Friday.

Robinhood said after markets closed that it plans to allow β€œlimited buys” to resume in affected securities. It also tried to assuage customer concerns with an email that evening: β€œThis was a temporary decision made to best continue serving you, and was not an easy one to make.”

CREDIT LINES

The firm has tapped at least several hundred million dollars from its bank credit lines, a person with knowledge of the situation said. The company’s lenders include JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Goldman Sachs Group Inc., according to data compiled by Bloomberg. Representatives for Robinhood and those banks declined to comment.

Robinhood’s capital remains β€œstrong,” Tenev said, underscoring that the restrictions helped protect both the brokerage and its clients.

One question is whether frustrated customers will forgive what some see as a betrayal in their campaign against Wall Street’s financial elite.

Douglas Bray, a software developer from Connecticut who’s been using Robinhood for about five years, said he plans to withdraw about $100,000 after the trading restrictions.

β€œI’m disappointed I could not keep my money in GME like any institutional investor could,” said Bray, 32, referring to GameStop’s ticker. β€œHedge funds are on the brink of a massive short squeeze and appear to be calling in all the cavalry. So brokers are now β€˜protecting’ customers as a facade so that they can appease their institutional backers. The entire community is outraged.”

Other brokerages may hope to capitalize on the moment.

Webull, which has expanded during the pandemic, saw new accounts soar 16-fold over the seven-day average, according to CEO Anthony Denier. Its app ranked as the second most popular free iPhone app in the U.S. on Thursday, up from No. 60 a day earlier, according to SensorTower, which gathers data on mobile apps. (Robinhood was still No. 1.)

Denier didn’t want to comment on the reason for the jump. Earlier Thursday, Webull also restricted trading on shares including GameStop and AMC, but then reversed its decision.

Robinhood has been expected for months to hold an initial public offering this year. Late Thursday, people with knowledge of those preparations said the plan is to press ahead sometime in the first half of 2021, despite the controversy and draw-down on credit lines.

But it remains to be seen what the lasting impact is from Robinhood’s association with the retail trading revolt β€” and now any strains in the firm’s relationship with the rebels behind it.

β€œThe restrictions in trading today only worsened the situation,” Douglas Boneparth, who competes with Robinhood for customers as president of the wealth management firm Bona Fide Wealth, said Thursday. β€œMany will ignore the fact that Robinhood faced increased costs that created an unsustainable business environment.”

Dealing with a financial system wipeout might be easier than we think. I know next to nothing about crypto currencies so I will leave that out of my comments. Maybe some others can help with that.

 

The value of a dollar is vastly less than it used to be. Even fiat paper money and coin could still have value without banks if the majority of people are still willing to use it. One option if "electronic money" is devastated is to revert to cash and coin and maybe even some local currencies such as tokens given by farmers markets. The example I have come up with would be to value a penny (1 cent) as a dollar. In this scenario a nice restaurant lunch formerly costing $10 could be paid for by 10 cents.

 

Employees probably won't get paid normally if the banks go. However, this could be used to correct massive systemic inequality/injustice. "Employers" (for the time being, provided they are not "corporations" which will totally lose any rights as "persons") can pay "employees"/workers in EQUITY in the business giving the (former) "employees" ownership of the businesses they work for. People with equity will gain a share of profits.

 

Corporations cease to have rights. Banks cannot own property. (Mortgages would be moot? Possession is 9/10s of the law?) Anyway, the true economy based on human work would be restored, I think. Businesses could still exist but corporations could not. Most people would not work for others as employees but become owners of businesses themselves (farms, retail stores, repair shops). Women's endeavors as "home managers" would become respected again as the domestic economy is the most important of all.

 

For those who may be Christians, as I am: I think my ideas have been shaped by "words" given to me by God during times of stress. While dealing with extreme financial difficulty I "heard" God tell me "You don't need money, you need the things money buys." It boils down to food, clothing and appropriate shelter. Also, a few years ago, I was trying to offer a service worker a small tip (maybe a dollar) and again I "heard" something along the lines of "That is a lot of money". I think God was showing me that coin and small bills, the "In God we Trust" money would be restored to value.

 

I hope all who are able will turn to God through His Son Jesus as the efforts of men and demons are futile for our salvation.

 

Some of the ideas above are "my" ideas. I hope they will inspire thought and new ideas, but I don't claim any special wisdom or insight.

Whenever the notorious killer Charles Manson or one of his convicted followers would come up for parole over the last 40 years, a Los Angeles County prosecutor joined victims’ family members at a California state prison to argue against the release.

 

But when Kay Martley joined a California Board of Parole Hearings video conference to consider parole for convicted Manson "family" killer Bruce Davis earlier this month, she was stunned to learn she would be making the case on behalf of her murdered relative alone.

 

β€œI had no one to speak for me," said Martley, 81, whose cousin Gary Hinman was tortured and killed by Manson followers on July 27, 1969. β€œI felt like no one cares about the victim’s families anymore. We are totally forgotten.”

 

The absence of a prosecutor was no oversight. It was the result of a policy shift ordered by newly elected Los Angeles County District Attorney George GascΓ³n, who campaigned on promises to reduce the number of people in prison.

 

The new mandate puts a halt on Los Angeles County prosecutors opposing parole for inmates sentenced to life who have already served their mandatory minimum period of incarceration.

 

GascΓ³n’s directive is part of a sudden shift in how his district attorney’s office, the largest in the nation, is considering victims’ rights before, during and after criminal trials.

 

The move is not likely to have a direct effect on Davis’ fate, experts say. Even though the state board recommended parole β€” the sixth time it has done so β€” California Gov. Gavin Newsom is expected to deny the convicted murderer’s early release.

 

But the dynamic of a victim’s family member feeling abandoned by prosecutors represents an unintended β€” but thorny β€” consequence of the new push by some progressive-minded district attorneys to stop trying to influence parole decisions.

 

GascΓ³n is among a handful of district attorneys in places like New Orleans and Brooklyn, New York, to rethink their stance on automatically opposing parole requests. The movement has gained momentum in the wake of the national reckoning over racial inequity in the criminal justice system spurred by the death of George Floyd in Minneapolis police custody last May.

 

The Davis case illustrates how victims’ family members can feel as if they’re left out in the cold.

 

"My jaw drops. I'm outraged," said Debra Tate, whose actress sister, Sharon Tate, was murdered by Manson followers.

 

Tate joined the parole board hearing for Davis earlier this month and said she, too, was shocked by the absence of a prosecutor.

 

"At the most horrible moment, when you have to relive the gruesome details of the loss of your loved ones, you are now also supposed to perform the job and act as the DA would,” she said.

 

Under the new policy, Los Angeles County prosecutors will no longer attend parole hearings and will support in writing the grant of parole for a person who has already served their mandatory minimum sentence, GascΓ³n said in a memo to his staffers on Dec. 7, the day he was sworn in to office.

 

GascΓ³n said should state prison officials determine that a person represents a β€œhigh” risk for recidivism, a prosecutor "may, in their letter, take a neutral position on the grant of parole."

 

Underlying the argument is the idea that state parole officials, not prosecutors, are best equipped to make judgements about whether or not to release inmates.

 

"The prosecutors’ role ends at sentencing," said Alex Bastian, special adviser to GascΓ³n. "There's been a tug of war between public safety versus equity. The DA believes you can do both."

The evidence who really were the insurrectionists should be presented re:

  1. Foreign actors and traitors who manipulated the election to favor themselves.

  2. Arranging a "storming" of the Capitol to blame it on MAGA and Trump.

 

Though a lot of evidence for 1 has already been revealed, there's prolly a lot more devastating stuff that hasn't. Also, find it hard to believe the evidence regarding 2 would be shown this fired team of lawyers. That would be something held back until the last moment, as a Trump card.
