This class and this entire board was created for 2 reasons
1 pseudo authoritarianism - These people teach the bakers class when I bake I had better listen to them. These bakers teach the class so when they delete notables I better listen to them. These people teach the class so when they say add or remove something from the dough I better listen to them.

I never took the class, which is why I was targetted right away when I started baking and it has gone on to this day.
