GEMS software is the KEY to unlocking election vote fraud

GEMS = Global Election Management System

Many of the digs until now have focused mainly on Dominion Election Systems - one of the companies that supplies voting machines. But Dominion also plays another role now: as the current owner of GEMS (see how this happened below).

From what I can tell, the real 'villain' in the piece is the software that runs on these machines: the GEMS software.

GEMS has been identified since 2007 as a serious security risk.

(mp4 is too big for 8kun - see https://endchan.net/qrbunker/res/5695.html#5768) - not 100% sure he used GEMS but probably - see https://jhalderm.com/pub/papers/diebold-ttbr07.pdf

DIG SO FAR on GEMS

Who developed GEMS?

Still trying to pin that down.

But there was a company - Global Election Systems (GES) - that was acquired by Diebold/DESI/Premier in 2002. [Name changes explained BELOW]

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Premier_Election_Solutions#History

As of 2002, Diebold was marketing GEMS as a powerful new election mgmt system:

"The City of Norfolk's new election system also uses Diebold's powerful GEMS(TM) (Global Election Management System) software, a market-leading Microsoft Windows(R)-based election management and tabulation system utilizing a platform capable of everything from ballot creation to full election reporting"

Does GES = GEMS??

Answer is likely YES - but THIS NEEDS A DEEPER DIG.

Who now controls GEMS?

* Until 2009: GEMS was the property of Premier Election Systems - formerly Diebold Election Systems, Inc. (DESI).

* 2009 - Premier/DESI/Diebold was SOLD to ES&S. ''But anti-trust legislation created a problem for that sale.

* 2010: ES&S was forced to sell Premier to Dominion.The sale included "all versions of the GEMS election management system".
