Totally understand, anon.

Bakers are not perfect, for sure.

However, the pressure on bakers has been intense. We've just kept our mouths shut and tried to bake, despite everything. I figure anybody who's still here after all that deserves some kind of consideration. Also, every single remaining baker has done many things that go above and beyond, and that are mostly unseen. SO sorry there are problems now and hard feelings. So important that we find a way to work together, as we once did.

To be honest, I lay the lion's share of the blame for much of the conflict squarely at the feet of BO team, who have done everything imaginable to sow discord at QR.They picked off bakers both individually and collectively because that's the weak link--if you can kill off the bakers, you can kill the board.

And they are still there.

That is where our attn need to be, IMO.

We can sort out our anon differences later, right now, it's important to deal with thoroughly comp'd mgmt team. Since I have no idea how to do this, I'm going to start with prayer. Always the best way to start any venture.

Gonna head on over to QR now and see what habbening there before turning in. Should be enlightening.

Everyone agrees QRB is comfy.

Still a haven.

And most agree that FJ is a comp'd BO who has made QR is not-very-comfy board.

As long as he remains, it's hard to believe QR will somehow morph back into what it was, even as recently as last fall and winter. Not perfect but pretty tolerable.

For one thing, even if FJ et al are de-fanged, they are never going to have the trust of anons again. And it's important to have a BO who has your back, not just one who can't harm you as much bc he's been demoted by Q.
