The work continues at QR amid the chaos created by mgmt, shills and spammers. But imo, continues nonetheless. There's plenty of good work going on there--e.g., some very thoughtful analyses of the non-"rescue" film late last night/early today.
Related issue: the difficulty of working in a shilly environment.
We have to be able to work in that kind of environment at times--we're are getting more shills here now, yesterday the division-fagging was pretty bad here. Division faggots love to raise suspicion about any patriot that is not 100% perfect. Easy-peasy. Next come long, heated, hair-splitting discussions about who is and is not a "real" patriot. Meanwhile, no real work gets done (or play either).
This IS one good thing about having shills: makes the bred go a little faster. For QRB, having breds of about 200-300 posts would make sense at the moment. Plenty of material there.

Good that it's slow right now, let's us get our "sea legs."
Could speed up a lot in the future--even the near future. The stuff going on at QR that tells us something's up--check out the cap (and note also the lack of comments on it). We need to be ready, in case this "slow" board suddenly becomes a hub of activity.
The longer we're here, the moar at home we get with this board--a board that is TRULY operating using a pretty anon-based approach to decision-making. Coupla interesting things--one is that anons here mostly don't like conflict/division-fagging and call it out when they see it (take note, shills!); the other is that folks here are actually tolerant of different viewpoints, don't fight over trifles.
Also, decision-making is pretty decentralized.
Haven't seen 8bit post at all, he seems to be stepping way back, prolly bc he wants to give us some breathing room, which is what we all need. There's good cooperation so far between bakers and anons, nobody sweats the small stuff. Positive teamwork approach.
One benefit is that it demonstrates what's possible. Tangibly demonstrates that there's really no justification for strong-arm tactics by heavy-handed "leaders" who don't bother to consult anybody but themselves when making decisions. (Or if they do, it's not anons!)

I used Snagit to screenshot it as a video. Such a simple idea, you could screenshot vids from FB, Fox, Twitter--anywhere. I just hadn't played with the program long enough to get a sense of how to do it.
Of course, Global Notables is a bit much....but does inspire me to consider creating a thread just for funny songs and videos. Maybe somebody would think that's frivolous but these are great for red-pilling (for the right person, at least). Also good as a resource for anons who are feeling like they need a break or a boost in the moment. Trumperland is my usual go-to for that.....
