Anon, every Thurs @7 pm, there's a live baking class with at least half a dozen bakers in attendence. We do step by step baking walkthroughs if there's someone new who wants to learn. You can bake a bread and get feedback so you know what to do in a real e-bake. Current link is always posted at the end of the dough in the "Learn to Bake" section.
