Q... give us a history lesson please.
During the American Civil and Revolutionary wars, how did ''We The People'' know when it was acceptable to start capturing/fighting/killing enemies... how did they know that taking action against the enemy would not result in negative consequences and criminal charges?
Currently the division seems to be getting worse daily. Right against Left, ''We The People'' against the criminally corrupt government officials/establishment. There doesn't seem to be an end to it.
How do ''We The People'' know when it's time to really start making America great again?
When would it be completely clear that we are expected/required/allowed to free friends (by any means necessary) who are taken by enemies?
If media is in blackout or censored, how will plans and orders be communicated?
