This report was done by Feinstein assistant Daniel Jones - who subsequently started TDIP the week POTUS was originally inaugurated. There are a LOT of digs on TDIP from early 2019 and some moar recently. Soros supposedly donated $50mil to TDIP, among others. Check out qresear.ch. Daniel Jones and Torture Report are also mentioned in two PREVIOUS Q DROPS, one from Jan 2019 and the other from Mar or April 2019.
