So money sent to states for unemployed due to COVID has been funding Biden campaign while unemployed have received nothing, at least, that's what I read somewhere - loads of unemployed in Dem states still haven't received any unemployment benfits. Sounds like it's being diverted to Biden before it ever gets to the unemployed.

What I was suggesting is that funds intended for unemployed are not being given to them but instead are being "donated" in their name to Biden/Dem campaign. Hence why so many donations are coming from unemployed.
