Clevy Muchette Nelson-Royster is an African-American woman from a military family. She is an alumna of Tuskegee University in Tuskegee, Alabama, United States.

Nelson-Royster served in the U.S. Army. She was in a romantic relationship with her fellow captain Malcolm Xavier Perry.

“F you, Malcolm!” Nelson-Royster yelled at Perry on October 11, 2020. “When my n** comes back from Afghanistan, I’m a get him to shoot yo’ ass!”

Hours after this, Perry died. Here are 13 more things about Nelson-Royster:

She was born in 1993.

She started her military career in the Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) in Tuskegee University.

She and Perry joined the U.S. Army in 2015. Their on-and-off relationship started that year.

She started in the U.S. Army as a second lieutenant before becoming a captain.

In February 2020, she took command of Echo Forward Support Company a logistics unit with the 1-501st Attack Reconnaissance Battalion nicknamed the Iron Dragons at Fort Bliss in El Paso, Texas, USA.

She and Perry were both logistics officers assigned to the 1st Armored Division at Fort Bliss.

She had a problem with Perry’s frequent visits to the Jaguars, a strip club on Gateway West Boulevard in El Paso.

In the evening of October 10, 2020, she ran into a friend named Richard Mustapha Sennessie at the 915 Vibes bar and grill in the Pebble Village Shopping Center, 10780 Pebble Hills Blvd in El Paso. She was kicked out of the bar after getting into an altercation with a group of women.

In the early morning of October 11, 2020, she moved to the Jaguars strip club with Sennessie. They were joined at their table by Perry, who was already there. In the strip club, she grabbed Perry’s glasses and broke them. She was escorted out after getting into several other altercations and continued to fight other people in the parking lot.

After being escorted out of the Jaguars strip club on October 11, 2020, she guided several people to Perry’s apartment with the intent to attack her former boyfriend. With her black 2019 Jeep Wrangler, she and Sennessie drove to Perry’s residence and found him sitting in his Audi parked at the apartment complex parking lot. She assaulted Perry so the latter drove off.

She was in the passenger’s seat while Sennessie was driving her black Jeep Cherokee, which they used to chase Perry’s Audi. At around 5:46 a.m. on October 11, 2020, Sennessie intentionally rammed her car into Perry’s car, causing it to roll over and catch fire at the intersection of John Hayes and N. Zaragoza in El Paso resulting in his death. According to Sennessie, she kept yelling at him to ram Perry’s car and kept grabbing the wheel and honking the horn minutes before Perry’s death.

On October 15, 2020, she was arrested by homicide detectives in El Paso. When interviewed by the detectives, she referred to Perry as her fiancé.

She was charged with soliciting, directing, encouraging and aiding in the murder of Perry. She was booked into the El Paso County Detention Facility on a $500,000 bond.

Democrats’ deadly strings on new COVID-19 aid

Families and businesses are watching their bottom lines and stretching each dollar. But House Democrats are pushing a plan to prevent America’s schools from doing the same thing.

The proposed HEROES Act, laying out their demands for the next federal COVID-19 relief package, pledges $175 billion to K-12 public schools to help cover pandemic-related costs and backfill lost state revenues. But to qualify, states must keep spending as much on education as they averaged during the past three years from now until mid-2022. That condition was a priority for teachers unions, which claimed that otherwise states might shift funds to other priorities.

But there’s a real chance that state tax receipts won’t rebound to their pre-pandemic levels until 2023 or later, meaning states should be looking for long-term fixes instead of short-term bailouts. And no state needs to look more carefully at how it spends education money than New York.

Requiring Albany to maintain its spending levels would exacerbate a fiscal crisis. The Empire State is deep in the red. Education spending — a quarter of the state budget — is bolded in the ledger.

New York’s per-pupil education spending increased more than 250 per­cent between 1998 and 2018, an acceleration that dwarfed the national average. Now at more than $24,000 per student, the state is such an outlier that it would lead all states — and countries — even if Gov. Cuomo implemented a threatened 20 percent state-aid cut.

New York also presents the strongest case that high K-12 spending doesn’t automatically translate into results.

As Cuomo observed in 2011, when per-pupil spending was “only” $18,850, “it’s not about how much we spend, but the results that matter. As data show our education spending hasn’t resulted in performance.”

Endemic waste and inefficiency continue to grip the state education system. Over the past two decades, achievement on the ­National Assessment of Educational Progress, the so-called ­nation’s report card, modestly ­declined despite marked increases in spending.

The very prospect of a federal bailout means states such as New York are less interested in reforms that would reduce costs and improve education outcomes

New York schools have historically struggled with accountability — even in cases of misconduct. Tenured Gotham teachers who face discipline charges, for instance, are either paid not to work, and placed in “rubber rooms,” or deployed for clerical work or substitute teaching.

When school districts are forced to lay off teachers, state law requires them to let go their most recent hires. This last-in, first-out practice makes no allowance for a teacher’s performance — and ultimately requires more layoffs, since junior teachers are generally paid less. In 2019, city schools in Rochester laid off 152 of their newest teachers, as “LIFO” requires. The district, three years prior, had identified 146 teachers as “ineffective” using state accountability measures, but there was little to no overlap between the two groups.

Moments of crisis can serve as catalysts for real reform — if policymakers allow it. During the Great Recession, Mayor Mike Bloomberg shepherded changes that improved the efficiency and quality of city public schools.

Yet Bloomberg’s reforms have since fallen out of favor. Most notably, Mayor de Blasio has retreated from reforms that rewarded or sanctioned schools for performance. He also opposes ­expansion of charter schools, which must maintain performance and enrollment targets to remain open.

Charter schools significantly outperform traditional public schools in New York City — and at lower cost. As of 2017, New York City charter schools cost taxpayers $10,500 less per pupil than district schools.

Meanwhile, Gotham public schools continue to deliver lousy outcomes at high costs. If Congress writes a blank check to the Empire State that stifles fundamental reform — both fiscal and substantive — students will continue to lose.

Appleby is a law firm, with one of its specialties being offshore services. It is one of the law firms at the center of the Paradise Papers leak. According to the Offshore Leaks Database, he is linked to activities in France, Switzerland, and the UK. This offshore company is supposedly used for "yacht vessel ownership", according to Appleby's records. The address of Aga Khan as per Appleby data is Aiglemont, Gouvieux, 60270, France. This is the same address of contact address of Aga Khan Academies. Alan Abela is also linked to this address, who is the signatory for offshore company One Thirty Nine Limited and The William Frith Trust in Bermuda. One Thirty Nine Limited is the owner of the helicopter that flew Trudeau and his family from Nassau to Bell Island in 2016. This helicopter was model AB139 with serial number 31012 and was subsequently re-registered in Bermuda in 2010 as N-139AK in the name of the Wells Fargo Bank aircraft trust. It is reported that plane spotters note that it is the only helicopter they regularly see around the airport in Nassau. Under a FOI request by CBC, Privy Council technician Brad Cotten also visited the island with Trudeau. A handwritten notation on the accommodation expenses for the technician was remitted to Lexthree Ltd., incorporated in the Bahamas.
