One or More Provinces Could Lead

While a zero-transmission policy is applicable across Canada, it may be more attractive

in some regions than others. Both Australia and Atlantic Canada demonstrate that a

provincial-level roll-out is possible.

Ontario certainly has the deep technical expertise and institutional capacity to adopt a

TANZANC strategy.

B.C. has controllable borders and strong support for the government’s COVID response.

It would be well positioned to implement a zero-transmission strategy. With an historically

relatively low infection level, B.C. did not have a great imperative to change its strategy

until recently, but the situation has changed significantly in recent weeks.

The Alberta/Manitoba/Saskatchewan prairie region has the incentive to change with

some of the highest case numbers per capita and two of the three provinces presently in

lockdown. The three provinces could form a successful “prairie bubble/shield”.

Quebec has the second largest city in Canada and busy borders with both Ontario and

the United States. However, it has a great incentive to adopt a zero-transmission

strategy due to high infection rates, a fragile healthcare and long-term care system, and

the highest proportion of senior citizens outside Atlantic Canada.

A further advantage is that Quebec is next to the Atlantic bubble: one of its borders is

therefore already protected and there could be a natural transformation of the Atlantic

bubble into an “Eastern Canadian” bubble.

Quebec also has the political leadership to successfully implement a zero COVID

transmission policy. Premier Legault demonstrated clear, decisive leadership this spring.

His government has the confidence of its citizens. Quebec has a track-record of public

policy leadership, in health and in other areas.

If they chose to, Quebec and a number of other provinces are well positioned to lead

Canada and the western world in demonstrating the broader success of a zero COVID

transmission strategy.

Conclusion: We Have a Choice

Tough decisions will be necessary across Canada over the next few weeks. Canadians

will doubtless be asked to make significant additional sacrifices. It is critical that these

decisions and sacrifices are made with the right strategy in mind.

The TANZANC strategy of aggressive suppression is a viable option for Canada. Given

the critical challenges to our present approach, the TANZANC model should be

assessed and debated.

It may be that a cost-benefit analysis demonstrates that the TANZANC model is not a

better strategy. If, however, the TANZANC model is right for Canada, or for certain

provinces, we should act on it now. We cannot afford to throw away our shot a second

time.

The conclusion from this report is that Canada has a choice. Living with COVID in the

world is reality. Living with COVID in our communities is a choice.

BLM activist calls for sex-offender-style 'race offender register'

Calls are being made to create a "race offender register" in which those accused of racism can be punished.

In Britain, the idea is being pushed by Sasha Johnson of the Taking the Initiative Party, which had its roots in the Black Lives Matter movement.

A similar idea has been proposed in the U.S., where a Change.org petition wants anyone convicted of a race-related crime to be punished by remaining on the registry for years.

Johnson's proposal for Britain focuses on what are known as "micro-aggressions," which can be considered as small manifestations of possible discrimination.

"It's similar to the sex offenders register," she told the Daily Mail.

"If you were to be racially abusive to someone, [the register] would question whether someone is fit enough to hold a particular job where their bias could influence another person's life," she said.

Johnson said her goal was to clean up workplace behavior.

"A lot of racism happens at work and places of education in a micro-aggressive way. If you exhibit an element of bias at work, you should probably receive a warning first, so people know in the future that you hold these views," she said.

Accusations of racist behavior or a race-related crime would be enough to put someone on the list, she said.

Making the list would result in a ban on holding some types of jobs or even living near minorities.

"You shouldn't reside there because you're a risk to those people – just like if a sex offender lived next to a school he would be a risk to those children," she said.

Johnson said the idea came from Black Lives Matter members in the party.

Writing on Change.org, Charles Payne said the register is needed to stop racist behavior in America.

"Time and time again you see stories on social media of a closet racist being exposed for saying or doing something offensive to BLACKS AND OTHER POC in secret. They eventually lose jobs, school enrollment , etc," he wrote.

"What if we could prevent it all together; while also making sure they couldn’t just pack up and restart life elsewhere? Make offenders register under their real name and social security number as REGISTERED RACISTS."

Payne said some might never get off the bad list.

"For 'minor' offenses; keep them on the registry for 10 years. For offenders under the age of 18; 5 years. For major hate crimes the offenders should be left on the registry INDEFINITELY," he said.

Finding a convicted racist could be done easily, he wrote.

"Create a comprehensive database that would allow you to look up offenders by name, see their offense; along with when and where it was committed. Allow citizens to search their area for any offenders so maybe they could avoid an uncomfortable encounter and potentially save their own life.

"It can used to prevent a hateful heart from acquiring jobs that require empathy and compassion. No more racist teachers, doctors, lawyers , police , etc. Allow to affect housing, and state benefits as well.

"If we want to see REAL substantial change, we have to hit them where it really hurts," Payne wrote.

(Thomson Reuters Foundation) - Thousands of girls in Canada have been married before turning 18, researchers said on Monday, warning that a rise in unofficial child marriages could make the practice harder to prevent and call into question the country’s global leadership.

More than 3,600 marriage certificates were issued to under-18s - mainly girls married to men - in Canada between 2000 and 2018, found a study from McGill University in Montreal.

Yet that number is just the tip of the iceberg as more and more child marriages in recent years have been common-law unions - informal arrangements that provide fewer rights - it found.

At least 2,300 common-law partnerships - defined legally as relationships where a couple has lived together for at least a year - involved children under 18 as of 2016, the study showed.

Child Abuse: Masked schoolchildren are harmed physically, psychologically, behaviorally and suffer from 24 distinct health issues

A first-of-its-kind study, involving over 25,000 children, reveals that masks are harming schoolchildren in many physical and psychological ways and have a negative effect on their behavior, focus and interest in learning. These negative effects are censored from social media, under-reported by the media, and ignored by government officials. Of the 25,930 children studied, the database includes at least 17,854 health complaints submitted by parents. These health issues and impairments were observed in approximately 68 percent of masked schoolchildren who were forced to wear a face covering for an average of four and a half hours per day.

Prolonged, forced, strict mask wearing destroys the health of children

The registry, established on October 20th, 2020, asked 363 doctors to inform parents and teachers that they can report the health impacts they are witnessing from prolonged mask use of children. The health issues were exhaustive and included irritability (60%), headache (53%), difficulty concentrating (50%), less happiness (49%), reluctance to go to school/kindergarten (44%), malaise (42%) impaired learning (38%) and drowsiness or fatigue (37%).” Nearly a third of the children sleep worse than normal, and quarter of the children had developed new fears. Hundreds of children were less cheerful, less playful and most were unusually irritable.

Even more concerning, (29.7%) had shortness of breath, (26.4%) experienced dizziness, and hundreds of children suffered from feelings of weakness, a feeling of disease, accelerated respiration, tightness in the chest, and short-term impairment of consciousness. Universal mask wearing is destroying the health of children, making their immune system more susceptible to disease. Around the world, fathers and mothers are losing their parental rights as asinine medical interventions are mandated on their children in the school setting. Children are being psychologically raped, as adults force them to believe that their breath is a constant source of disease transmission, that they have a moral duty to ensure that their diseased breath never infects another person. Children are being trained to fear one another, to fear the world around them, and to quiver in obedience to authority and medical fraud. Will these institutions be held liable for the physical, psychological and behavioral harm they continue to impose on children?

Teachers and counselors, who are required by law to report child abuse, are now actively participating in the abuse of children and bullying parents to comply. Every day, authorities turn a blind eye to the psychological harm they impose on children with mandatory masking of each child’s mouth and nose. What else can be forced onto children under the guise of keeping everyone “safe?”

Masking of schoolchildren is a medical experiment. Mask manufacturers have not conducted independent studies for long term use of their products on adolescents. Therefore, parents are not given informed consent so they can make a choice that is best for their child. In most cases, the schools are dictating what parents must do to their child’s body, setting unlawful precedent that tramples on the medical privacy rights of the family while perpetuating institutional abuse of children that is liability-free.

“There are no manufacturer-independent studies on the use of masks for children and adolescents that are certified as medical products for occupational safety in professional applications,” the study authors stated. “In addition, due to the unknown materials used, there are no findings on the potential protective effects or side effects of the often home-made ‘everyday masks’ worn by the majority of children. In view of the ongoing measures to contain the COVID-19 pandemic, and in particular the varying obligations for children and adolescents to wear masks in school over a longer period of time, there is an urgent need for research.”

Moderna says COVID-19 vaccine immunity to stay at least a year

Immunity from Moderna Inc’s COVID-19 vaccine should last at least a year, the company said on Monday at the J.P. Morgan Healthcare conference.

The drugmaker said it was confident that the messenger RNA (mRNA) technology it used was well suited to deploy a vaccine based on the new variant of the coronavirus which has emerged in a handful of countries.

The company’s vaccine, mRNA-1273, uses synthetic mRNA to mimic the surface of the coronavirus and teach the immune system to recognize and neutralize it.

Moderna said in December it would run tests to confirm the vaccine’s activity against any strain.

The company said on Monday it expects to deliver between 600 million doses and 1 billion does of its vaccine in 2021 and forecast vaccine-related sales of $11.7 billion for the year, based on advance purchase agreements signed with governments.

“The team feels very comfortable with the track record we have now … that we are on track to deliver at least 600 million doses,” Chief Executive Officer Stéphane Bancel said.

(Natural News) A new study finds that cultivation and enrichment of microbes on the face can infiltrate the lungs through unconscious aspirations and cause inflammatory responses and advanced stage lung cancer. The nose and the mouth were designed to take in oxygen without strain, uninhibited. The oxygen travels down the trachea and splits off into two tubes called the bronchi. From there, the oxygen travels down a series of bronchioles until it reaches the alveoli, which are tiny air sacs covered with blood vessels. These air sacs take the oxygen directly to the heart, where it is dispersed throughout the body.

When a person exhales, the process is put in reverse and the lungs exhale carbon dioxide. This carbon dioxide gas is the vehicle that allows the organ systems to rid the body of wastes. When this process is obstructed or restrained for prolonged periods of time, the lungs and the heart struggle to nourish the rest of the body. Long term mask wearing also hinders the body’s natural ability to detoxify wastes, creates an acidic environment, and slowly strains the organ systems throughout the body.

Masks are priming the lungs for inflammation and lung cancer pathology

A study published in the journal Cancer Discoveryfinds that lung cancer progresses when the lungs are forced to regurgitate microbes. Prolonged mask use creates a moist environment that cultivates microbes. This toxic environment not only forces the person to regurgitate their own wastes, but also inundates the lungs with microbes that cause a toxic environment that feeds lung cancer.

The researchers found that the lungs are not just a sterile environment. When microbes inundate the lungs, they can active an immune response. This causes inflammatory proteins such as the cytokine IL-17 to appear.

Microbes that are normally found in the mouth can make their way into the lungs. “Given the known impact of IL-17 and inflammation on lung cancer, we were interested in determining if the enrichment of oral commensals in the lungs could drive an IL-17-type inflammation and influence lung cancer progression and prognosis,” said Leopoldo Segal, Director of the Lung Microbiome Program and Associate Professor of Medicine, New York University Grossman School of Medicine. Masks cultivate and enrich microbes that infiltrate the lungs and cause immune suppression

The research team used diagnostic clinical bronchoscopies to analyze the lung microbiomes of 83 untreated adult patients who were diagnosed with lung cancer. They identified the composition of each microbial environment and documented which genes were expressed as a result. They found that lung tissue from patients with advanced state lung cancer (stages 3b-4) was more enriched with microbes than lung tissue of patients who had early stage disease. This increased enrichment of oral bacteria in the lungs was also associated with decreased chance of survival, no matter the stage of tumors. The bacteria colonies that caused the most damage was Veillonella, Prevotella, and Streptococcus bacteria, all of which are more readily cultivated in a mask. Tumor progression was associated with the enrichment of Veillonella, Prevotella, Streptococcus, and Rothia bacteria. (Natural News) Chinese soldiers stationed in Tibet will be donning a newly developed “suicide” helmet equipped with a self-destruct button that can be pressed at will by the soldiers or their commander. The button initiates the explosion of an embedded bomb, effectively killing the soldier.

“At a battalion or brigade level command center, a commander monitors a soldier who is far away by using the navigation system. The commander can activate the self-destruct function of the soldier’s helmet if he can’t get in contact with him,” wrote last December by the state-run media outlet China Observer in a now-deleted post.

Soldiers can also hit the button themselves. “If a soldier is seriously wounded and doesn’t want to be captured, he can activate the self-destruct function himself. This can maintain his dignity, as well as prevent the enemy from obtaining this system,” the report read.

Chinese drone shot down over UP Michigan carrying a payload of Fentenl intended for the Great Lakes.
