I've seen quite a few posts about how many anons are here, how many shills, how many are lurking, how many bots…

I've been lurking here for over 3 years. At first I only lurked coz I didn't want to get in the way of proper research (I'm no autist) I just passed the research onto my non-autist frens. Today I lurk as I mostly phonefag and find it hard keeping up due to work n the rest. I make the occasional post but nothing really significant.

Just know that people like me are here every day sifting through your posts n passing info to our own circles. I'm way over in Scotland n have no doubt other lurkers from all around the world are doing the same.

Fairgrounds as Board of Supervisors Refuses to Permit

After a few months of back-and-forth legal battles between the Arizona state senate and the Maricopa County board of supervisors, the ballots in Arizona’s most populous county are going to be audited beginning in approximately one week, April 22nd.

However, it is my opinion the Board of Supervisors is intentionally trying to set up an issue with chain-of-custody to nullify the results of the audit.

Maricopa County officials refused to allow the audit to take place in the tabulations center where the ballots are currently stored. As a result the ballot audit will take place at the Arizona Exposition and State Fairgrounds. The auditors are trying to be as transparent as possible knowing the outcome, if it turns out as predicted to find significant fraud, will be legally challenged.

The auditors are allowing any person who lives in the county to be a participant in the physical audit and re-canvassing. The auditor are being proactive toward establishing transparency and legitimacy; however, the county board of supervisors appears to be operating with an intent to undercut the audit results.

The Maricopa Audit is critical. It could be the first step in revealing any election fraud; and the consequences of the audit could then trigger other state legislatures to do a similar physical ballot audit and re-canvass. The leftists know the importance of this Arizona audit; and it is with that in mind I find it very suspicious they are intentionally forcing the auditors to move the physical location of millions of ballots.

Some in Arizona have the same concern. Note this letter:

Amazon Reportedly Pressures Small Businesses with Retaliation if They Don't Hand Over User DataAmazon reportedly pressured smart-thermostat maker Ecobee to fork over data from its voice-enabled devices even when customers weren’t actively using them. When Ecobee pushed back, the e-commerce giant threatened to box the company out of high-profile selling events like Prime Day or refuse Alexa certification for future devices, according to a Wall Street Journal report this week.

Last year, Amazon approached Ecobee among other Alexa-enabled device sellers about sharing “proactive state” data from customers, several company executives confirmed to the Journal. With this data, Amazon would receive updates about the device’s status at all times even when customers weren’t using them, such as the temperature of their home or whether their doors are locked, among other examples.

Ecobee was hesitant at first. Since its smart thermostats include support for Amazon’s voice assistant Alexa, it already shares some user data with the company, but Ecobee worried that this new demand could be a step too far and violate its customers’ privacy, a person familiar with the matter said in an interview with Journal. Amazon also has a well-documented history of cloning successful products to sell under its in-house brand, so Ecobee rightfully worried that sharing this data would basically be like handing over a blueprint for Amazon to develop its own competing product.

However,when Ecobee initially refused to provide users’ proactive state data, Amazon warned that a refusal might bar the company from major selling eventslike Prime Day or prevent its future devices from receiving Alexa

certification, said one of the people the Journal spoke with. Given that Amazon controls a huge chunk of the global e-commerce market (nearly 40% in the U.S. alone), that kind of move can bankrupt smaller companies like Ecobee.

Amazon spokesperson Jack Evans told the outlet that Amazon uses proactive state data to make better recommendations to customers, and customers agree to share this data when linking their accounts. Amazon did not immediately respond to Gizmodo’s request for comment, but we’ll be sure to update this blog when they do.

Ecobee spokesperson Andie Weissman said in a statement to the Journal that negotiations remain ongoing and that “Amazon continues to be a valued Ecobee partner.”

If true, this would be just the latest example of howAmazon continues to go full mafia-style in leveraging its industry dominance to strongarm its industry partners into cooperating. We’ve seen it before with HBO Max, which Amazon reportedly brought to its Fire TVs only after the company agreed to host its streaming service on Amazon’s Prime Video Channels for a year and extend a lucrative contract with Amazon Web Services, its cloud-computing arm. In addition to stealing designs from other companies for its AmazonBasics line, Amazon also purportedly pressures industry partners to use its logistics arm, Fulfillment by Amazon, by threatening to make it more difficult to sell products on its marketplace, according to the Journal. Amazon even reportedly competes with the companies it invests in, of which Ecobee is one, using its position as a shareholder to access confidential information and develop similar products.

Last October, a House Judiciary antitrust subcommittee concluded what we all already knew: That Amazon and other tech giants have“monopoly power”in their respective markets and “abuse their power by charging exorbitant fees, imposing oppressive contract terms, and extracting valuable data from the people who rely on them.”

Professor Jonathan Turley, a liberal law professor at George Washington University even called it a hostile takeover.

We recently discussed the controversial commission created by President Joe Biden to discuss calls to pack the Supreme Court as well as a number of truly looney ideas for circumventing or reducing the authority of the Court’s conservative majority. Some members however decided not to wait even for a commission that is itself packed with liberal members.

House Judiciary Committee Chair Jerry Nadler, D-NY, Sen. Ed Markey, D-Mass, and others will be announcing their plan to immediately add four new justices to the Court. The number is calculated purely to give liberals a 7-6 majority on the Court. It is about a subtle as a B-52 run.

Many of us have discussed the expansion of the Supreme Court through the years. Over 20 years ago, I recommended the expansion of the Court to 17 or 19 members. However, that recommendation would occur over many years and would not give advocates the short-term majority that they are seeking. That is the difference between reforming and packing the Court.

The bill today strips away any pretense of principle. It is pure unadulterated court packing.

Arizona Revised Statute 16-624(A) states, “After the canvas has been completed, the officer in charge of elections shall deposit the package or envelope containing the ballots in a secure facility managed by the Maricopa County Treasurer, who shall keep it unopened and unaltered for twenty-four months for elections for a federal office or for six months for all other elections, at which time he shall destroy it without opening or examining the contents.”

We read Judge Thomason’s order, which states, “The County claims it has not stored the ballots with the Maricopa County Treasurer as required “because of ongoing litigation.” The County states that it will deposit the ballots in the Treasurer’s vault, “as the law requires,” only after litigation concludes. It is unclear why the County feels justified in violating the law simply because litigation is pending, but claims that it cannot violate the law by complying with the Subpoenas.”

Why haven’t you done something about the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors’ violation of ARS 16-624(A) by not transferring custody of ballots to the Maricopa County Treasurer’s office?

We the People, demand the audit be conducted in the Maricopa County Tabulation and Election Center (MCTEC) where there are IP addresses, internet connectivity, nest cameras, modems, and routers (and all the data in them) from “the scene”. We should NOT disengage all of that and attempt to recreate it in another location – information and data will be lost. The Board of Supervisors do not own the County buildings, the audit is funded by the taxpayers and the chain of custody would be protected. Moving the ballots gives the BOS plausible deniability in the event ballots have gone missing. The ballots were already moved once by the BOS – we have not forgotten! Also, it is customary practice when fighting over disclosure and subpoenaed items to make said item available at their physical location when it is impracticable to do otherwise. Furthermore, the former Maricopa County Recorder, Adrian Fontes, had been parading around bragging about Dominion having had offices with staff INSIDE MCTEC for a long time.

Go back to the Judge. Get Judge Thomason on the phone and get the matter on the record now. Demand access pursuant to the order and ask the judge to hold the Board in contempt if they do not open the doors now. The Judge made every point to reinforce your authority over the County.

Where is the court order to secure Irregular ballots under ARS 16-624(B), as they are specifically named separately from other ballots? Under AZ Statute, they are only preserved for 6 months (May 3, 2021). We demand this issue be acknowledged and a court order obtained to preserve irregular ballots in ALL counties in AZ.

You must take action now!

Those who do get the vaccine are resorting to wearing their old MAGA hats in order to keep liberals away.

HAMPTON FALLS, VA—The official softball team of Gracecornerstonelife Church in Hampton Falls was losing fair and square against the Mormon team last weekend. But then, they had a great idea: "rebalancing" the field by adding four of their own players to the outfield.

The team was quickly accused of "packing the field" and changing the rules in the middle of the game, but they reject these criticisms as unfounded and "maybe racist."

"We're not packing the field; we're unpacking it," said Pastor John. "We're merely rebalancing the game and making long-overdue changes to ensure the fans have a voice. They would be really unhappy if we lose." He gestured to the stands, where over seven fans were watching the game.

"The founding fathers of baseball never foresaw that one day we would be losing a game, against the LDS of all people," he added. "The rules of baseball are flexible – a living document. Therefore, we should be able to change the rules in the middle of a game to our advantage."

If the rule change goes through, the church team will be allowed to immediately appoint four outfielders to join the game to help silence the Mormons' bats.

It may all be a moot point, however, as the Mormons have been accused of looking at seer stones to predict the opposing teams' plays.

A number of cases of mass killings of people, apparently at God’s behest, are recorded in the Old Testament:

1. The Flood (Genesis 6-8)

2. The cities of the plain, including Sodom and Gomorrah (Genesis 18-19)

3. The Egyptian firstborn sons during the Passover (Exodus 11-12)

4. The Canaanites under Moses and Joshua (Numbers 21:2-3; Deuteronomy 20:17; Joshua 6:17, 21)

5. The Amalekites annihilated by Saul (1 Samuel 15)

The first three examples are similar in that there was no human agent involved – in each case it was God, or an angel of God, who carried out the mass killings directly. The mass killing of the Canaanites is the first of two cases in which the text claims that God’s people, the nation of Israel, were commanded by Him to attack other nations. For this reason, this case will be the focus of this study.

The problem many people have with these stories of mass killings is that they do not seem to fit the popular conception of the Christian God. In particular, the question is asked how a God of love could allow or even command such brutality. Furthermore, it is suggested that the God described in these Old Testament books is a different character from the God described in the New Testament. The former is supposedly angry, vindictive and ruthless, the latter loving, patient and forgiving. Even for people who are convinced that the Bible is true and represents God’s revelation of Himself these accounts can be deeply troubling, especially when one thinks about the death of innocent children.

Did God Command the Mass Killing of the Canaanites?

One way in which biblical scholars have attempted to resolve the problem of the mass killing of the Canaanites is to suggest that God never commanded it. This argument is advanced in one of two ways:

a. The Israelites carried out mass killings but were mistaken in believing that God had commanded it

This argument suggests that the mass killings were a carryover from a pagan way of understanding God. It was not uncommon for kings in the Near East of Old Testament times to annihilate the populations of whole cities as an offering to their gods. For example, the 9th Century BC Moabite Stone records King Mesha's boast that he had destroyed all the inhabitants of Ataroth as a sacrifice to his god. The suggestion is made that Israel at the time of Joshua had a limited understanding of God and that they wrongly thought that their God, Yahweh, expected the same kind of sacrifice. This line of reasoning raises serious questions about the nature of God, in particular whether or not He is able to make Himself clearly understood and whether or not He would allow such blatant disobedience to go unchallenged. One attempt to overcome this difficulty is the suggestion that God allowed His name to be associated with these mass killings because His love for Israel was so great that He was willing to have His reputation tarnished for the sake of His relationship with them. This view, however, does not find any support in the relevant Old Testament texts, which clearly state that God commanded the mass killings (Joshua 6:17, 21; Deuteronomy 20:16-17). Later texts even criticise the Israelites for their failure to obey the command (Psalm 106:34-42). The only way to reconcile the Old Testament accounts with this view is to regard the Old Testament as simply Israel’s record of their perception of their unfolding relationship with Yahweh. The Old Testament is reduced to being a human account of the evolution of monotheistic religion rather than a divine revelation of God’s actions in history.

b. The mass killings never actually happened

Proponents of this view suggest that the accounts of mass killings are not contemporaneous to the events themselves but were written later in the history of Israel, during the period of the kings, by scribes who were witnessing the ill effects on the nation of idolatry involving Canaanite deities.
