There's an angle. There's always an angle. As far as marketing goes, the initial drumming up of interest seemed to be "the longest dick tease" for a product ever. But it would seem they are taking it to a level that waits for interest to wane, only to have some event happen at another time that will bring everyone back to the fray.
Kind of how they had people play with settings in their browsers to emulate iPhones only to have those folks still not be able to get on because it was a live field test for repelling bots and scam artists. It's going to be the most robust and secure communications platform ever; ensuring every single person on it is, indeed, a person.

Trust the plan.
So the world is going to "unplug" from the propaganda machines until the only ones left using it are the USA, and the plan is to fire up better platforms that will help keep people connected and spreading free speech so truth can be organically discovered by all. I wonder if this is the adaptive plan to getting section 230 repealed and working towards an "organic" implementation of IBOR.
