have FOIA docs from the FRB from when they sucked up IndyMac that proves the bifurcated loan/title-it was in the trust 48x and did it after they were supposed to.
I knew what was going on then and I escrowed my payments and told then that this document (FOIA) needs to be addressed before I release any money to you against the loan-they ignored the entire thing-just got the late payment notices-no acknowledgement at all
They only had that process open for about 10-14 days iirc.
There was one example-not mine of 143x in same trust

About three weeks after I got the docs a fren tried the same and they were told to just go to Deutsche Bank-where the title was.
They just stopped responding to the requests
Habs the smoking gun and hope one day I can use it but not a thing I could have done with it as the courts were all over that shit protecting the system.
Then the State AGs settled it-and the pay off for Harris was the Senate job in CA
