Because, even though my kids are self-sufficient, as a family, we decided to have all of them move in, pool our money & resources & buy land together. Damn excited (especially Spouseanon who'll finally have other females around)

My spouse and I own a couple of rental houses an some farmland. We had plan on selling them for our retirement which we are at the stage. But i have received so many call, like 20 a day offering to buy them.
However, knowing that's it's Soros and Gates and China buying up all properties in the US, we just can't sell them no matter the money.,
