DNA contains the instructions for a living organism to grow and function. It tells the cells what role they need to play in the body. It gives instructions to make your heart cells beat, for your limbs to form in the right place, your immune system to fight infection and your digestion system to digest your dinner.

 

DNA carries its instructions in a code made up of a four-letter alphabet GAT&C. The sequence of these letters is known as the genetic code. A molecule of DNA resembles a twisted ladder. Each rung of the ladder is made up of two DNA letters. A always binds to T and G binds to C. The binding of the letters causes the whole molecule to coil up into a spiral staircase to form the double helix.

 

The Ascension process means the process of returning to 12 strands of DNA in our current human form. This is Ascension! It’s the process which the human body’s vibration is elevated a little bit at a time until it’s vibrating at the resonance of unconditional love.

 

During this process the 10 additional DNA strands are being reconnected within the circuitry of the body and the brain. So, as our bodies elevate in vibration and our new DNA is being connected our fear-based patterns and beliefs are being released simultaneously to make room for our, soon to be, higher vibrational existence.

These additional 10 strands are our inter-dimensional strands, now you can see why we have been cut off from them for so long.

 

Soooo think about this…

We have two biological strands those are those two strands on the outside spiraling up (1st photo). The inter-dimensional strands are the ones bridging those two biological strands and as you can see in the 2nd photo they’ve been cut. So that means those inter-dimensional strands could no longer communicate with our biological strands this is what has been done to us. We have been cut off from all of our inter-dimensional abilities through DNA manipulation, splicing and dicing as I call it.

 

So basically, there are two biological strands with 10 inter-dimensional aspects within them. That’s how we arrive at the 12 strands.

 

We always hear about the return of the “Christ” what it really means is those that will embody this new genetic code. Which means you will move beyond the limitations of human form. In moving beyond limitation, you also move beyond fear. This means eventually our civilization will move into unconditional love and what a completely different existence that will be.

 

We are also in the process of uniting the left and right hemispheres of the brain which was the way we were designed to be at the time of our creation! We will gain access to the creativity and abilities of those higher dimensions. Meaning, all the wisdom and cosmic information which is stored within us. Basically, we are reconnecting with the information that has laid dormant in us for thousands of years.

The power of guilt

 

Through feelings of guilt you are kept on earth and you return life to life on earth – until you are ready to give it up.

 

The first thing you see after opening your eyes is that there is no guilt!

 

Everything you have ever done out of calculation or despair has served experience – it was and IS.

 

Repeated times you have taken responsibility and have determined your destiny and future karma through lightful or less lightful actions. But guilt has never been mentioned and is never the trace. But the feelings of guilt remain constant and are still widespread in people.

If you make a mistake, you remain guilty of a situation, of yourself or of a person.

 

Out of ignorance or by influencing second or third parties all dramas on this earth arise and all conflicts between people and peoples draw their energy and strength.

 

Karma is created and in this sense you owe something to life, to yourself or to your fellow human beings.

 

To speak of “guilt” in this sense means to speak of responsibility – a responsibility that you can live up to in one of the next lives through compensation.

 

Deeply rooted, paralyzing guilt or an indelible sin are inventions and programs that must now be decoupled so that you can return to the Light.

So you can owe someone something or be in charge – and remain innocent. If you understand that, then you are free in thinking, feeling and acting.

 

Do you feel guilty when you hurt someone? Feel responsible and make amends.

Repay your guilt in innocence

 

Understanding your innocence takes you further and takes away the burden of deep guilt.

 

The people and powers who created this world are about to be redeemed. This means that all programming that maintains the illusion of powerlessness and guilt in man dissolves.

 

More and more you are able to guess who you really are. Your view, limited only to this life, is widening and you can recognize the laws behind it more and more easily.

 

The key to awakening lies in being able to perceive your spiritual being and to recognize that you do not have a soul, but an imperishable soul ARE!

The Game of Illusion

 

This soul creates circumstances on this earth and has consented to this life.

 

So you experience what you wanted to experience – and you experience this with people who wanted to experience what they experienced as well.

 

In the ‘game of illusion’ you remain trapped until you have recognised the scenery as the scenery and yourself as the actor on the stage of life.

 

Then the process of consciousness begins and it is only a small step to enlightenment.

 

With your eyes you cannot see what is and with your ears you cannot hear it.

 

Only with your awakened consciousness and your infinite mind you can see and perceive the Immovable Mover.

 

Guilt and sin keep their power over you as long as you believe in them and as long as you give up your power.

On August 25 Sun and Moon could both be seen in planet Earth's daytime skies. And so could the International Space Station. The ISS crossed the disk of the waning crescent Moon as seen from Shunyi district, Beijing, China at about 11:02 am local time. Some 40 kilometers to the southwest, in Fengtai district, the ISS was seen to cross the Sun's disk too. The solar transit was observed only 29 seconds later. Both transits are compared in these panels, composed of processed and stacked video frames from the two locations. The coordinated captures were made with different equipment, but adjusted to show the Sun and Moon at the same scale. The ISS was at a calculated range of 435 kilometers for the lunar transit and 491 kilometers when passing in front of the Sun.

Frank Donald Drake, an astronomer who pioneered the field of SETI (Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence) died on September 2 at the age of 92.

 

Born in Chicago, Drake showed an early interest in chemistry and electronics. He entered Cornell University as an undergraduate and a participant in the Navy’s Reserve Office Training Corps. Upon graduation, he was assigned to the U.S.S. Alabama and put in charge of the ship’s electronics. He followed this interest upon entering Harvard University as a graduate student in radio astronomy.

 

After earning his PhD, Drake took a position with the newly constituted National Radio Astronomy Observatory (NRAO) in Greenbank, West Virginia. In 1958, the fledgling Observatory purchased a radio telescope “kit” from the Blaw-Knox Corporation in order to quickly have a research-grade instrument until a planned, larger antenna could be built. A year later, the assembled telescope, with its 85 foot reflector, was outfitted for observations and dedicated to Howard Tatel, an engineer who designed its novel mount. This prompted the NRAO director, to suggest to Drake that he come up with a research program to use the telescope.

 

Drake decided to follow another of his long-standing interests, and do a search, at microwave frequencies, for extraterrestrial transmissions. The idea that intelligent beings elsewhere might be using radio as a communication mode was already old – both Guglielmo Marconi and Nikola Tesla had attempted to pick up signals from Mars that they could attribute to beings on the Red Planet. With the greater astronomical sophistication that had developed by the 1950s, Drake opted to point the Tatel telescope in the direction of two nearby stars, Tau Ceti and Epsilon Eridani, each at about a dozen light-years’ distance. For several weeks Drake alternately pointed the telescope at these stars. The receiver was a commercial receiver designed for shortwave listening, and he used a simple motor drive to sweep its tuning up and down the dial. He chose to look at frequencies adjacent to the radio emission line (1420 MHz) of neutral hydrogen, on the grounds that this naturally produced line would be known to any technically proficient civilization, and therefore would serve as a marker for the guidance of societies who might wish to make contact. Drake was unaware of a paper published in 1959 by two Cornell University physicists who were arguing for just such experiments, pointing out that anyone with technology that was at least as advanced than our own could send detectable radio signals.

 

Drake named this first, modern SETI experiment Project Ozma, a reference to the princess in Frank Baum’s books, as she was in a world “both wonderful and far away.”

 

Although Project Ozma didn’t detect any extraterrestrial transmissions, it nonetheless attracted world-wide attention. As a consequence, the National Academy of Sciences suggested that Drake organize a small conference to discuss the nature and potential of trying to find evidence of intelligence in the cosmos. In response, a group of about a dozen prominent scientists and engineers met during the summer of 1961 in Greenbank. As an agenda for this gathering, Drake wrote a simple equation, consisting of seven concatenated terms whose product would be the estimated number of galactic societies who were producing signals that we, at least in principle, could discover. This formulation has become known as the Drake Equation, and is cited as the second most-famous equation in science (after Einstein’s E=mc2).

 

Drake eventually worked at both Cornell, at the Arecibo radio telescope, and at the University of California, Santa Cruz. He became president of the SETI Institute after its founding in 1984. He continued to promote SETI even after his official retirement in 2010 at the age of eighty. As he said at the time, “I’m never going to retire from SETI.”

 

Frank Drake was a man of extensive influence, inspiring many of today’s SETI practitioners who, as students, were informed by his efforts. A book published in 1992 and co-authored with Dava Sobel, “Is Anyone Out There?”, describes his career in detail. He was a soft-spoken person of perpetual good humor and astounding patience. When asked whether his tranquil demeanor was due to dealing with his children, he smiled and responded “No. It was students.”

 

It is a rare scientific discipline for which the pioneer can live to see an idea and experiment become a continuing research endeavor, one that fascinates not just researchers, but the public at large. But that was the flowering of SETI, an effort that promises to someday deliver profoundly important news; namely, that Earth is not the only world to have spawned life able to seek out and find other worlds that have done the same.

 

Drake leaves behind his wife, Amahl, and two daughters, as well as three children from a previous marriage.

WILMINGTON, Del. – President-elect Joe Biden said Tuesday that he hopes to name a couple of Cabinet secretaries before Thanksgiving, but first he wants to talk with Mitch McConnell to gauge whom Republicans would help confirm. Around the same time, the Senate majority leader suggested he may not even acknowledge Biden’s victory for several more weeks.

 

“I haven’t had a chance to speak to Mitch,” Biden told reporters at the Queen theater here. “My expectation is that I will do that in the not-too-distant future. I think that the whole Republican Party has been put in a position, with a few notable exceptions, of being mildly intimidated by the sitting president.”

 

Biden, 77, has worked with McConnell, 78, since the Kentucky Republican was elected in 1984. The president-elect said he expects the majority leader to share which potential nominees Republicans could support and whom they would try to block. “That's a negotiation that I'm sure we'll have,” Biden said. “We'll just work this out. … I am not a pessimist.”

 

But the GOP leadership’s refusal to congratulate Biden and willingness to indulge what many privately admit are President Trump’s baseless fantasies of widespread fraud foreshadow how constrained Biden is likely to find himself next year.

 

McConnell, unanimously reelected by Senate Republicans as their leader on Tuesday, said at his own news conference that legal challenges by Trump are “no reason for alarm” and won’t prevent a new administration, “if there is one,” from taking office. “Until the electoral college votes, anyone who’s running for office can exhaust concerns about counting in any court of appropriate jurisdiction,” he said. “At some point here, we’ll find out, finally, who was certified in each of these states, and the electoral college will determine the winner, and that person will be sworn in on January 20th.”

 

Assuming Republicans maintain control of the Senate by winning one or both of the runoffs in Georgia on Jan. 5, which many strategists in both parties expect them to pull off, Biden would be the first president since George H.W. Bush in 1989 to take office without controlling both chambers of Congress. In fact, Biden would be the first Democratic president since Grover Cleveland in 1885 to take office with his party not in control of both chambers.

 

Biden received more votes – 77.3 million – than any other candidate for public office in American history. With the highest levels of turnout since 1900, he beat Trump by more than 5 million votes nationwide, and that number is expected to grow as California continues to count its ballots. Biden has garnered a higher percentage of the popular vote – 50.8 percent – than any challenger to an incumbent since Franklin Roosevelt defeated President Herbert Hoover in 1932, narrowly edging out Ronald Reagan’s share of the vote in 1980 when he beat Jimmy Carter.

 

But Biden also appears to have won the presidency with the weakest House coattails of any president since John F. Kennedy in 1960. Republican strategist Bruce Mehlman illustrated this dynamic with these two charts in a 48-slide PowerPoint deck that he shared Tuesday with clients of his lobbying firm:

 

A full week after Election Day, the Associated Press finally projected Tuesday that Democrats will retain enough seats to hold the House but counting still continues in several districts, so we cannot say definitively yet just how many seats they lost. But Democrats had expected to gain several. They won two open seats but knocked off no incumbent Republicans. Rep. Cheri Bustos (D-Ill.) is stepping aside as Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee chairman amid intense finger-pointing between moderates and liberals about who is to blame.

 

Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) will preside over the narrowest House majority of any leader in either party in 18 years. This gives her less leverage and makes it harder to pass big bills. Many Republican operatives will be single-mindedly fixated for the next two years on taking control of the House. If history is any guide, it is very winnable.

Amazon Abandons Dozens Of Warehouses Before They Even Open

 

Amazon has either closed or cancelled development of over 40 warehouses, representing almost 25 million square feet of real estate, according to Bloomberg.

 

Amazon’s CEO Andy Jassy has developed a strategy to cut an apparent surplus of warehouses and employees from a spending spree during the pandemic, Bloomberg reported, citing data from supply chain consulting firm MWPVL, which closely tracks Amazon’s activities. After a rapid expansion during the pandemic where, for a time, Amazon built a new warehouse almost daily, Amazon has since cancelled, closed or delayed 60 warehouses, and cut 100,000 jobs, Bloomberg reported.

 

“There remains some serious cutting to do before year-end — in North America and the rest of the world,” said Marc Wulfraat, founder and president of MWPVL, in a statement to Bloomberg. “Having said this, they continue to go live with new facilities this year at an astonishing pace.”

 

Amazon is joined by other struggling retailers who have been forced to cut earning estimates as inflation remains near record highs. Both consumer spending and the U.S. gross domestic product fell slightly in the second quarter, according to the Bureau of Economic Analysis.

 

Amazon announced this week it intends to close two delivery stations near Baltimore that employ more than 300 people, but stressed that the employees would be able to transfer to other facilities, according to Bloomberg. Typically, Amazon would be either opening new facilities or hiring workers to prepare for the holiday shopping season.

 

An Amazon spokesperson told Bloomberg it wasn’t unusual for the company to explore multiple locations and change their plans “based on needs across the network.” The spokesperson also told Bloomberg that the Baltimore-area facilities were closing as part of modernization efforts.

Artificial intelligence model outperforms clinicians in diagnosing pediatric ear infections

An artificial-intelligence (AI) model built at Mass Eye and Ear was shown to be significantly more accurate than doctors at diagnosing pediatric ear infections in the first head-to-head evaluation of its kind, a research team working to develop the model for clinical use reported.

 

According to a new study published August 16 in Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery, the model, called OtoDX, was more than 95 percent accurate in diagnosing an ear infection in a set of 22 test images compared to 65 percent accuracy among a group of clinicians consisting of ENTs, pediatricians and primary care doctors, who reviewed the same images.

 

When tested in a dataset of more than 600 inner ear images, the AI model had a diagnostic accuracy of more than 80 percent, representing a significant leap over the average accuracy of clinicians reported in medical literature.

 

The model utilizes a type of AI called deep learning and was built from hundreds of photographs collected from children prior to undergoing surgery at Mass Eye and Ear for recurrent ear infections or fluid in the ears. The results signify a major step towards the development of a diagnostic tool that can one day be deployed to clinics to assist doctors during patient evaluations, according to the authors. An AI-based diagnostic tool can give providers, like pediatricians and urgent care clinics, an additional test to better inform their clinical decision-making.

 

"Ear infections are incredibly common in children yet frequently misdiagnosed, leading to delays in care or unnecessary antibiotic prescriptions," said lead study author Matthew Crowson, MD, an otolaryngologist and artificial intelligence researcher at Mass Eye and Ear, and assistant professor of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery at Harvard Medical School. "This model won't replace the judgment of clinicians but can serve to supplement their expertise and help them be more confident in their treatment decisions."

 

Difficult to diagnose common condition

 

Ear infections occur from a buildup of bacteria inside the middle ear. According to the National Institute on Deafness and Other Communication Disorders, at least five out of six children in the United States have had at least one ear infection before the age of three. When left untreated, ear infections can lead to hearing loss, developmental delays, complications like meningitis, and, in some developing nations, death. Conversely, overtreating children when they don't have an ear infection can lead to antibiotic resistance and render the medications ineffective against future infections. This latter problem is of significant public health importance.

 

To ensure the best outcomes for children, clinicians must diagnose ear infections as accurately and early as possible. However, previous studies suggest the conventional diagnostic accuracy of ear infections in children from a physical exam is routinely below 70 percent, even with innovations to technology and clinical practice guidelines. The difficulty of evaluating a child who is struggling or crying during an examination, coupled with the general inexperience many doctors and urgent care providers have in ear evaluations may explain the lower-than-expected diagnostic rate, according to Dr. Crowson.

 

"Since clinicians would rather stay on the side of caution, it's pretty easy to see why parents typically walk out of urgent care with a prescription for antibiotics," he said.

 

In 2021, Dr. Crowson collaborated with Mass Eye and Ear colleagues Michael S. Cohen, MD, director of the Multidisciplinary Pediatric Hearing Loss Clinic, and Christopher J. Hartnick, MD, MS, director of the Division of Pediatric Otolaryngology, to develop a more accurate method of diagnosing ear infections using a machine learning algorithm. An artificial neural network was trained with high-resolution, photographs of tympanic membranes collected directly from patients during ear procedures where infection can be seen. These photos represent a gold standard, "ground truth" set of data compared to AI-based tools that rely on images collected from search engines. In a proof-of-concept study published last year, the model was found to be 84 percent accurate in detecting "normal" versus "abnormal" middle ears.

In the new study, the researchers compared the accuracy of a refined model head-to-head against clinicians. More than 639 images of tympanic membranes from children aged 18 years or younger who were undergoing surgery for tube placement or draining fluid from the ears were used to train the model. The images were tagged as either "normal," "infected," or having "liquid behind the eardrum," as opposed to the "normal" or "abnormal" classification from the team's earlier model. With the added segment, the model achieved a mean diagnostic accuracy of 80.8 percent.

 

A survey was then created asking clinicians and trainees of various medical specialties to view 22 new images of tympanic membranes and diagnose the ear as one of the three tagged categories. While the machine-learning model correctly categorized more than 95 percent of the sample images, the average diagnostic score among 39 clinicians who responded to the survey was 65 percent. Moreover, pediatricians and family medicine/general internists correctly categorized 60.1 percent and 59.1 percent of images, respectively.

 

Bringing artificial intelligence to the clinic

 

Ongoing studies are underway to validate and refine the AI model. To date, more than 1,000 intraoperative images of tympanic membranes have been amassed at Mass Eye and Ear.

 

In collaboration with Mass General Brigham Innovation, OtoDx is currently being employed in a prototype device paired with a smartphone app. The device acts as a "mini otoscope" that would fit over the phone's camera and allow clinicians to take photos of the inside of a child's ear, upload them directly to the app and receive a diagnostic reading in seconds. With further validation, OtoDX may provide another tool for clinicians to glean information from in real time during an exam.

 

As feedback for the pilot is processed, Mass General Brigham Innovation will support the OtoDx team in exploring opportunities to commercialize this impactful tool to assist even more clinicians and their patients.

Former first lady Melania Trump reportedly bought a new wardrobe after the FBI “contaminated” her clothes when they searched her room as part of last month’s raid on Mar-a-Lago.

Trump would not feel comfortable wearing any of the clothes FBI agents touched, a friend told Radar Online.

California wildfire sets homes ablaze, forces evacuations

A northern California wildfire injured several people on Friday and forced the evacuations of thousands.

According to Cal Fire, the blaze had spread over 3,921 acres on Saturday and was 20% contained.

The cause of the fire, which started on Friday near the property of Roseburg Forest Products, remains under investigation.

Rebecca Taylor, the communications director for the company, said it is unclear if the fire started near or on company property.

A video shared on Twitter by a nearby resident showed large plumes of smoke above a wooded area near Weed.

More than 27,000 customers in the Golden State were without power, including thousands in Weed which were hit on Friday afternoon due to the wildfire.

LONDON — The U.S. Army has approved an order to buy thousands of HoloLens combat goggles made by Microsoft — years after employees of the tech giant demanded the company cancel its contract with the military.

 

Bloomberg reported on Thursday that Microsoft would begin to deliver some of the 5,000 Integrated Visual Augmentation System (IVAS) goggle units after “encouraging results from testing in the field.”

 

The order for 5,000 goggles was initially placed in March 2021 but had been put on hold over concerns about their performance. Army spokesman Jamal Beck said that Douglas Bush, assistant secretary for acquisition, has now “cleared the Army to begin accepting” the new technology.

 

The augmented reality goggles, a customized version of the HoloLens goggles, give the user a “heads-up display” — meaning that a hologram is placed over their environment, giving them more information about what they can already see.

 

The Army expects to spend around $21.9 billion on the goggles over the next 10 years. A final test on the goggles is not expected until October, but Bush said: “The Army remains confident that the program will succeed.”

The HoloLens goggles are commercially available and go for $3,500 per set. The goggles are used in a number of industries, including health care, and are used by NASA.

 

Microsoft and the Army brokered the original deal in 2018 for $480 million. Months later in 2019, a group of Microsoft employees called on the company to cancel the contract, as the technology would be designed “to help people kill.” In a letter to Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella and President Brad Smith, workers said the company had failed to inform the engineers of “the intent of the software they are building.”

 

“We are alarmed that Microsoft is working to provide weapons technology to the U.S. Military, helping one country’s government ‘increase lethality’ using tools we built,” the workers wrote in the letter. “We did not sign up to develop weapons, and we demand a say in how our work is used.”

 

Smith replied in a blog post saying that the company believes in “the strong defense of the United States” and that it wants the people “who defend it to have access to the nation’s best technology.”

 

Microsoft did not immediately respond to a request for comment from Yahoo News.
