Yeah it seems odd at first but Turkish culture is very touchy, males are very comfortable with their sexuality so it's always no homo. Turks touch/kiss cheeks to greet each other, linking arms like that means Erdogan really respects/likes/good terms with Putin. To repeat, linking arms like that is totally a common occurrence in Turkish culture and completely no homo.
Oh. If we're talking about him being alien or some shit that's another story. David Icke has lame/lousy/loose hands like that too, might be with old age or some weird camera optic illusion. I saw a picture of myself a while back and one of my hands had 6 fingers, might have been just the camera shutter glitching out with so much movement around I dunno.
