How "globalist" sneak murder slow kill of (((them)))… To deny what little infrared light we had left for health.

When I was a kid, asked mom why the clocks switched, and we lost all sunlight in our northern state after 5:30 in the winter time? (Before the daylight savings time switch there is light until 6:30 pm in the darkest winter months up here in the north of America. You have an hour of light after work).

She explained that they created daylight savings time so the kids did not have to stand at school bus stops in the dark?

Problem is, the winters then are so without sunlight for anyone who works, it is dark when you drive to work, and dark when you get home. MOST of us have always wanted to get rid of daylight savings time to keep what was left of the long summer nights.

But no.

They elect to make daylight savings permanent.

Not even a glimpse of sunlight after work, to do a menial task like changing a headlight or taking out the trash.

And now, we know, lack of sunlight is a health hazard, creating a deficiency in immune regulating vitamin D created by the skin pretty much exclusively, in the amounts we need daily. Food just does not have enough D. We are like plants, it turns out. We do not do photosynthesis, but, we do chemosynthesis. We have recently learned that the lack of sunlight does far worse than deny us vitamin D. Ever since the 100 year vitamin D review done during COVID, we now know:

To continue… we now know:

UV light creates D in our bodies at 1000 IU a minute. That is 70 thousand IU in 70 minutes at which point the body is full (unless you have a little fat, then, your fat stores it, the stuff is so precious). Wow. You think maybe vitamins run a bit short on what we need at 500 IU? Even 5000 IU?After it is full, the body begins to dump.

But even more important and recently learned:

Infrared from sun actually burrows deep into the bones, hitting mitochondria, creating massive antioxidants to stop oxidation in the body, and defend the cells from attacks of all kinds, including cancer.

These "human made" antioxidants are of the most potent kind. Antioxidants we so desperately need in this food polluted, vax polluted world to detox naturally.

Where did we use to get exposure?

Regular non "E" rated windows would let Infrared into every work building and home with windows, until (((they))) took them away, to "save energy".

AND

Conventional light bulbs let off a lot more infrared than I would have guessed, but, they took those away "to save energy" also. (even attempted to outlaw them)

Are you actually surprised that they would take our oil and gas and other energy supplies away to save…. well…. "save energy"?????

So, daylight savings will make the shortest work days year round. They have the choice to leave the clock alone and not make winter evenings darker earlier, but…. they make what permanent????

The clock that steals the most exposure to sunlight for adults and children alike, making our once cherished "long days" as short as possible.

The COVID research has taught us so much about why flu, of any kind, actually has a season. 80% of those who got covid were D deficient. MANY are D deficient by Christmas, from lack of summer long day sunlight. Right after the gatherings at Christmas, the flu has it's hayday, for lack of UV and Infared exposure. Long sleeves. Zero sun for months.

Link here was one of the most interesting talks about what we have recently learned about sunlight and health, so, sharing. Too long, no doubt to embed, but will try.
