Over 90% of all the information we take in about the world, about our reality, our fellow citizens, friends and neighbors, comes to us through a legacy media or big tech driven SCREEN.

With the emergence nonlinear networked communication it became possible to control individual and group information environments at all levels. Modern technologies have made "kinetic war" obsolete.

 

Information warfare destroys people and countries from within. By controlling the minds of citizens, by exploiting conditioned response with prepared information packages targeted individuals or nations can be (and have been) brought to take ANY specified action (including 'genocide') voluntarily.

 

Non-linear or Information war tactics involve turning enemy nations against themselves by infiltrating and subverting moral values, teaching children to indoctrinate other children and gradually degrading the whole information infrastructure, from popular entertainment to text books. Occult materials (eg. Catcher in the Rye) are introduced into high school reading lists. False history and false flags are legitimized, self-destructive behaviors are promoted as fashionable, mental illnesses and perversions like pedophilia are normalized by stages, while subversive 'educational' programs like "common core" are promoted to turn kids off learning.

 

Cultist media gradually, over decades, reduces the public vocabulary, promotes social division, emphasizing inequities, fanning the flames of old grievances, using false flag terrorism to foster or rekindle resentments, falsifying historical records to provide evidence for a shameful cult created US history that never happened. Destroying the story of a nation destroys that nation; the nation falls apart.

 

Mind war, non linear war, is a highly developed form of conflict, with tested doctrines and a protean tactical repertoire. We don't hear about IO, mind war and it's power and tactics because our entire information distribution infrastructure; the entertainment industry and social media/ tech companies are all controlled by a subversive confederacy of deep state criminals.

Judge dismisses lawsuit against Katie Hobbs, Maricopa County Board of Supervisors

A lawsuit against Katie Hobbs and members of the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors regarding issues in the 2022 General Election was dismissed by a judge Friday.

 

The lawsuit was brought forth by Josh Barnett, who claimed the issues caused the results of the election to be "cast into incurable uncertainty due to election maladministration," according to court documents.

 

Barnett ran to represent District One in the U.S. House but lost the Republican primary to David Schweikert in August.

 

The judge ultimately granted the motion to dismiss.

I don't think people understand the bigger picture of what happened tonight with the Twitter #ElectionInterference story.

Lot of people are already declaring "nothingburger."

No. That's not what happened.

What happened tonight is laying the groundwork for what's to come. Let's enumerate how the narrative has now shifted:

1) Election interference happened and it involved members of the Government, up-to and including Biden himself. It's not a "conspiracy theory" any more. It was a genuine conspiracy and anyone who says otherwise is a liar and a fraud.

2) Both Democrats and Republicans are involved. Meaning: this isn't a partisan issue (though it's clear Democrats shoulder most of the blame). This is, at its core, an election integrity issue.

3) Jack's personal email was revealed, and it's very strange. Perhaps this was done intentionally to get the typical water-carriers to start shrieking about >muh debunked Pizzagate until they're blue in the face, and keep them away from more important realizations (KEK πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚).

4) We were left with the distinct impression that there's much more to the case that will be revealed over the coming days. People need time to process information. The Zeitgeist needs time to shift. Why?

5) Raland vs. Adams. Oh gee, the obscure Supreme Court wildcard everyone seemingly forgot about.

The core argument in the case is that election issues abounded and a Constitutional right appealing for time to investigate these issues was fundamentally denied. Unlike other cases, only 4 SC judges have to agree to this premise in conference for the case to win.

Suddenly it's much harder for those SC judges to disagree with Raland's premise, when the CEO of a major American tech company is releasing materials implicating government officials (and possibly even Biden himself) in Election interference. Elon's brought receipts, and now perhaps you'll understand why this former Electric Car environmental darling has Journos gnashing their teeth and fleeing to Mastodon (hint hint - he has their unencrypted DMs and a willingness to publish communications when legally required to do so - ie, when the law has been broken. Otherwise, Twitter, his huge investment, would be complicit in those crimes, and regardless of what you think of him on matters of free speech, you have to admit, he is trying to do things to the letter of the law).

So my thesis is that Elon's info-dump was timed like this on purpose. There's one more conference day (the 9th) before an extended Christmas recess for the court, so by starting now, and seeding info over the next few days (odd he started on a Friday night, right? UNLESS the big drops start landing on Sunday/Monday, and then start to dominate the news cycle) - this gives the pretext for the court to agree with Brunson's case.

And if Brunson succeeds… I don't know how else to put this… that's pretty much the end of the Biden administration's mandate to rule.

It will be HELL for Biden - and one that I imagine might destroy his last remaining son in the process. But this is the evil wager PedoJoe made, through a lifetime of corrupt criminal choices. Chickens always come home to roost, and what's done in the darkness always comes to light.

I won't speculate further than that, but the fact that we're not seeing politicians and MSM journalists fleeing the country already proves they're too stupid to see the play - and be that by design or providence, it's just as well. There's too many moving parts. 99% of the populace can't even fathom this as a possibility right now.

But it's like a… a modified chess board. I'm seeing the landscape change and pieces moving into position.

Could I be wrong? Sure.

But I doubt it.

A smart friend of mine who is a moderate liberal asked why I was not recognizing Joe Biden’s victory.

 

The friend made the case that Mr. Biden had gotten more votes, and historically we recognize the person with the most votes. Normally, we accept the outcome of elections just as we accept the outcomes of sporting events.

 

So, my friend asked why was 2020 different?

 

Having spent more than four years watching the left #Resist President Donald Trump and focus entirely on undoing and undermining the 2016 election, it took me several days to understand the depth of my own feelings.

 

As I thought about it, I realized my anger and fear were not narrowly focused on votes. My unwillingness to relax and accept that the election grew out of a level of outrage and alienation unlike anything I had experienced in more than 60 years involvement in public affairs.

 

The challenge is that I β€” and other conservatives β€” are not disagreeing with the left within a commonly understood world. We live in alternative worlds.

 

The left’s world is mostly the established world of the forces who have been dominant for most of my life.

 

My world is the populist rebellion which believes we are being destroyed, our liberties are being cancelled and our religions are under assault. (Note the new Human Rights Campaign to decertify any religious school which does not accept secular sexual values β€” and that many Democrat governors have kept casinos open while closing churches though the COVID-19 pandemic.) We also believe other Democrat-led COVID-19 policies have enriched the wealthy while crushing middle class small business owners (some 160,000 restaurants may close).

 

In this context, let’s talk first about the recent past and the presidency.

 

In 2016, I supported an outsider candidate, who was rough around the edges and in the Andrew Jackson school of controversial assaults on the old

 

order. When my candidate won, it was blamed on the Russians. We now know (four years later) Hillary Clinton’s own team financed the total lie that fueled this attack.

 

Members of the FBI twice engaged in criminal acts to help it along β€” once in avoiding prosecution of someone who had deleted 33,000 emails and had a subordinate use a hammer to physically destroy hard drives, and a second time by lying to FISA judges to destroy Gen. Michael Flynn and spy on then-candidate Donald Trump and his team. The national liberal media aided and abetted every step of the way. All this was purely an attempt to cripple the new president and lead to the appointment of a special counsel β€” who ultimately produced nothing.

 

Now, people in my world are told it is time to stop resisting and cooperate with the new president. But we remember that the Democrats wanted to cooperate with Mr. Trump so much that they began talking about his impeachment before he even took office. The Washington Post ran a story on Democrat impeachment plots the day of the inauguration.

 

In fact, nearly 70 Democratic lawmakers boycotted his inauguration. A massive left-wing demonstration was staged in Washington the day after, where Madonna announced she dreamed of blowing up the White House to widespread applause. These same forces want me to cooperate with their new president. I find myself adopting the Nancy Pelosi model of constant resistance. Nothing I have seen from Mr. Biden since the election offers me any hope that he will reach out to the more than 74 million Americans who voted for President Trump.

 

So, I am not reacting to the votes so much as to the whole election environment.

 

When Twitter and Facebook censored the oldest and fourth largest newspaper (founded by Alexander Hamilton) because it accurately reported news that could hurt Mr. Biden’s chances β€” where were The New York Times and The Washington Post?

 

The truth of the Hunter Biden story is now becoming impossible to avoid or conceal. The family of the

 

Democrat nominee for president received at least $5 million from an entity controlled by our greatest adversary. It was a blatant payoff, and most Americans who voted for Mr. Biden never heard of it β€” or were told before the election it was Russian disinformation. Once they did hear of it, 17% said they would have switched their votes, according to a poll by the Media Research Center. That’s the entire election. The censorship worked exactly as intended….

Typically, newspapers and media outlets band together when press freedom is threatened by censorship. Where was the sanctimonious β€œdemocracy dies in darkness?” Tragically, The Washington Post is now part of the darkness.

 

But this is just a start. When Twitter censors four of five Rush Limbaugh tweets in one day, I fear for the country.

 

When these monolithic Internet giants censor the president of the United States, I fear for the country.

 

When I see elite billionaires like Mark Zuckerberg are able to spend $400 million to hire city governments to maximize turnout in specifically Democratic districts β€” without any regard to election spending laws or good governance standards β€” I fear for the country.

 

When I read that Apple has a firm rule of never irritating China β€” and I watch the NBA kowtow to Beijing, I fear for our country.

 

When I watch story after story about election fraud being spiked β€” without even the appearance of journalistic due diligence or curiosity β€” I know something is sick.

 

The election process itself was the final straw in creating the crisis of confidence which is accelerating and deepening for many millions of Americans.

 

Aside from a constant stream of allegations of outright fraud, there are some specific outrages β€” any one of which was likely enough to swing the entire election.

 

Officials in virtually every swing state broke their states’ own laws to send out millions of ballots or ballot applications to every registered voter. It was all clearly documented in the Texas lawsuit, which was declined by the U.S. Supreme Court based on Texas’ procedural standing β€” not the merits of the case. That’s the election.

 

In addition, it’s clear that virtually every swing state essentially suspended normal requirements for verifying absentee ballots. Rejection rates were an order of magnitude lower than in a normal year. In Georgia, rejection rates dropped from 6.5% in 2016 to 0.2% in 2020. In Pennsylvania, it went from 1% in 2016 to .003% in 2020. Nevada fell from 1.6% to .75%. There is no plausible explanation other than that they were counting a huge number of ballots β€” disproportionately for Mr. Biden β€” that normally would not have passed muster. That’s the election.

 

The entire elite liberal media lied about the timeline of the COVID-19 vaccine. They blamed President Trump for the global pandemic even as he did literally everything top scientists instructed. In multiple debates, the moderators outright stated that he was lying about the U.S. having a vaccine before the end of the year (note Vice President Mike Pence received it this week). If Americans had known the pandemic was almost over, that too was likely the difference in the election.

 

The unanimously never-Trump debate commission spiked the second debate at a critical time in order to hurt President Trump. If there had been one more debate like the final one, it likely would have been pivotal.

 

This is just the beginning. But any one of those things alone is enough for Trumpsupporters to think we have been robbed by a ruthless establishment β€” which is likely to only get more corrupt and aggressive if it gets away with these blatant acts.

 

For more than four years, the entire establishment mobilized against the elected president of the United States as though they were an immune system trying to kill a virus. Now, they are telling us we are undermining democracy.

 

You have more than 74 million voters who supported President Trump despite everything β€” and given the election mess, the number could easily be significantly higher. The truth is tens of millions of Americans are deeply alienated and angry.

 

If Mr. Biden governs from the left β€” and he will almost certainly be forced to β€” that number will grow rapidly, and we will win a massive election in 2022.

 

Given this environment, I have no interest in legitimizing the father of a son who Chinese Communist Party members boast about buying. Nor do I have any interest in pretending that the current result is legitimate or honorable. It is simply the final stroke of a four-year establishment-media power grab. It has been perpetrated by people who have broken the law, cheated the country of information, and smeared those of us who believe in America over China, history over revisionism, and the liberal ideal of free expression over cancel culture.

 

I write this in genuine sorrow, because I think we are headed toward a serious, bitter struggle in America. This extraordinary, coordinated four-year power grab threatens the fabric of our country and the freedom of every American.

"China was immensely helpful to getting this project built," says California Department of Transportation spokesman Bart Ney. "They were able to turn the steel around and work directly with our own inspectors to make sure we met the specifications of what this bridge required."

 

Several thousand Chinese workers spent five years fabricating the steel used to construct the roadbeds, cable strands, and landmark tower for the single anchor suspension bridge set to open in 2013.

Libraries, Schools and Censorship, oh my.

 

I'm noticing a connection between censorship and the social credit scoring system we likely already have in the US.

 

Some time ago when I was coerced into renewing a library card (long story) they asked me for some information that could be used to damage my credit if I didn't return a book. Some public schools are also turning in parents if their children are not paid up on lunch money. Not sure if that info goes to credit agencies and/or CPS as well.

 

Bottom line: Given what we are seeing with Twitter and the censorship of conservative views down to reports of prominent people losing banking services (which we don't really need anyway) we need to consider that social credit scoring is already happening in America.

 

I suggest that libraries, schools and other community services no longer be financed with taxes, especially "property taxes".

 

Does anyone else remember that long ago you didn't have a 'credit score' for obtaining a loan? A bank loan officer actually had to review your need for a loan and ability to pay to make an individual assessment if they should extend you credit. I no longer believe in interest bearing loans as a desirable economic tool, however, if they are to continue at all we need to review the privacy killing involvement of Big Tech and easy credit in the process. My family (which ended with divorce and family separation) was decimated by easy credit.

Christchurch Call Initiative on Algorithmic Outcomes

Aotearoa New Zealand, the USA, Twitter, and Microsoft are investing in an initiative under the banner of the Christchurch Call that will support the creation of new technology to understand the impacts of algorithms on people’s online experiences.Β 

Artificial Intelligence (AI) algorithms play a growing role in our everyday lives, including in how we organise information, and experience the internet. A majority of the content we encounter and view online is curated by algorithms in some form.

Through the Christchurch Call to Action, we have committed to work together to better understand the impacts that algorithms and other processes may have on terrorist and violent extremist content. Leaders and the Call Community regard this algorithmic work as a top priority.

 

In order to study those impacts, we have to overcome challenges around:

how to protect user privacy and proprietary information

how to investigate impacts holistically across society

and how to achieve reproducibility, affordability, and scale for independent researchers.

 

Working with an open-source non-profit organisation called OpenMined, the Algorithms Initiative will develop and test ground-breaking privacy-enhancing software infrastructure to address those challenges and help us move forward work under the Call.

While this initiative won’t tell us all we need to know about the outcomes that algorithms are driving online, it will help us better access data so researchers can answer these very questions.

The Christchurch Call Initiative on Algorithms is committed to supporting this work so that we can empower independent researchers to help us build safer platforms and more effective interventions to protect people both online and offline.

If successful, these technologies will be made available to the whole Christchurch Call community and beyond it. The technology, once tested and proven in the Call context, could open up a new field of algorithmic research with a much wider application.

Our community wants to understand the role of online activity as a factor in radicalisation, how terrorist and violent extremist content spreads across platforms. The privacy protective technology being developed through our initiative is one of the most promising ways to open those questions to independent research at a suitable scale. It could also help people working in a number of other fields.

We hope that this work will ultimately help the Christchurch Call Community to understand what online service providers, community organisations, and governments can do to make the online environment safer and more user-friendly.

 

Background information

What is the Christchurch Call Initiative on Algorithmic Outcomes?

New Zealand, the USA, Twitter, and Microsoft are working under the Christchurch Call, partnering with OpenMined, to develop new software tools that will help facilitate more independent research on the impacts of user interactions with algorithmic systems.Β Β

As the first project under this initiative, the partners will work together to build and test a set of privacy enhancing technologies. Once tested, replicated, and validated, these technologies could form the basis for an infrastructure to support independent study of impacts of algorithms and their interactions with users, including across multiple platforms and types of platforms, and could dramatically lower the barriers to doing this work.Β 

If successful, these technologies will be made available to the Christchurch Call Community and could help support independent research that fulfils our collective Call Commitments, potentially opening up wider applications and new fields of responsible AI research beyond the Call itself.

 

How does this respond to the Christchurch Call Commitments?

Christchurch Call SupportersΒ have committed to working together and with Civil Society to understand the outcomes of algorithms and other processes that may drive users towards terrorist and violent extremist content, to make changes where this occurs, and to develop effective interventions based on information sharing.Β Β 

 

The technologies developed with the help of this initiative should help to overcome some of the barriers identified through our existing work and enable information exchanges among civil society, industry and government, to make it possible to realise those commitments.Β 

 

Why is it needed?

At the moment it is costly and administratively complex for online service providers to provide access to independent researchers to study impacts on users, while complying with ethical and regulatory obligations. Current secure access programmes often entail significant costs and time from researchers and firms alike. That greatly reduces the possible scale and breadth of external studies of the sort needed to understand the impacts of algorithmic systems. That means independent research typically only studies user impacts on a single platform rather than across a broader demographic (i.e. across multiple platforms).

This new technology is intended to reduce the cost and complexity of access for independent researchers, and allow a multitude of different studies, for instance looking at how social issues manifest online, the impacts of user interactions on artificial intelligence, and the effectiveness of different actions intended to promote a safer online environment. It could also enable studies on a range of other algorithmic and responsible AI topics.

For example, Governments should not require access to private user data from online platforms. However they can benefit from insights obtained by independent researchers that can help inform policy. Civil Society has an interest, among other things, in ensuring privacy is preserved, and that human rights outcomes are effectively assessed and acted upon.Β These privacy enhancing technologies could help facilitate and scale access to allow important insights without governments or other parties requiring access to the base data.Β Β 

 

What is being developed?

Software infrastructure is being built which will integrate a new set of privacy enhancing technologies (PETs). This will enable data scientists to remotely study data and algorithms distributed across multiple secure sites. Technologies including remote execution, federated learning, differential privacy, and secure multi-party computation will enable this remote research in a way that conforms to the data-use policies of the platform under study.

The current project plan envisages work taking place approximately over a 9-month timeframe with a total cost of approximately US$1.5m.Β 

 

In brief these milestones are to:Β 

Build the underlying software and systems for the new infrastructure.

Do a proof of concept test using synthetic data to show that the system works.

Trusted partner(s) test out the system on real datasets, showing reproducibility and proof of function.

 

What is each partner contributing?

New Zealand is providing a financial contribution and assistance with establishing the initiative. New Zealand will also provide coordination between the Call Community and the project to ensure transparency, visibility, and that opportunities are maximised for Call supporters and partners to make use of the project’s output.Β 

The support of New Zealand and the USA will help to ensure the project outcomes are developed on behalf of the wider Call Community and will be tested for different types of online service provider.

Twitterβ€˜s ML Ethics, Transparency and Accountability team will be providing the proof-of-concept for the PET’s infrastructure. At the conclusion of Phase 1, trusted partners will be able to securely access and replicate the findings of our Algorithmic amplification paper published last year. Enabling secure access to this data is a milestone in data transparency and security.

Microsoft is providing financial support to the initiative and is exploring options to enable the initiative to be tested on a different platform.

 

How can I be involved?

As part of the project, OpenMined will provide periodic briefings for the Call Community about its work, and an opportunity to discuss its potential applications.

In subsequent phases of this work, there will be scope for other online service providers who want to test the capabilities of the new tool on their system, and for Call supporters who wish to help finance the development and testing of new functions and capabilities.Β Β 

We envisage that these tools will take some time to build, test, validate, and refine. In the long term they hope to create significant new opportunities for independent researcher involvement and the application of these tools across the Call Community and beyond it.Β Β 

 

If the pilot is successful, what are the next steps?

If successful, the pilot will prove that the underlying techniques can be scaled to meet real-world legal, policy and other requirements. Subsequent phases could focus on additional testing, moving towards building a production-ready system to enable use for a wide range of objectives by a wide range of independent researchers.
