Intrasting that the IDVs (like an open Purchase Order) are all let to ATT. Moar research needed to see how it plays with the keyword "Juniper Networks" but there must be a pony in there somewhere - the first IDV was written in 2007 and extends thru 2023 for a hefty potential award amt. of $424,826,827 Million.
