PB baker wanted more clarification:
Bakers are encouraged to offer up the bread after baking two. Before now, nobody's had to say that: it's traditional, most bakers do it anyways. Gives other bakers a slot when they have enough time and gives the board a change of baker (different 'take' on notables).
Never needed a rule requiring offer after 3 because no baker has ever held the bread and refused to let it go, even after 14 hours of baking.
Can be more stringent, but why needed? Please bakers, try to cooperate and support one another.
