Emotionally, it is easy to dismiss the work of Dr. Ana Maria Mealchia, for it is very disturbing, but her work is shown through scientific testing and backed up by government and NGO documentation, and the evidence shows that humanity has already been infected with cutting-edge surveillance nanotechnology.

This is a follow-up to my last report on Dr. Mealchia's hydrogel research.

New research shows that those who received the COVID shots emit a fluorescent orange glow in their faces that is visible under a UV light of 365 nanometers, and those who have been exposed to shedding emit this glow around their nose.

After his wife was coerced into getting the COVID shot, PhD Justin Coy began his own research.

He found that the more shots a person received, the more they glowed under UV light.

The glow can be seen initially around the nose and over time spreads throughout the entire face and into the neck.

After a hot shower, filaments are expelled through the skin of the vaxxed, and these filaments also emit a glow under UV light.

These filaments not only glow, but they have been shown to move on their own in spastic movements.

In videos, they can be seen trying to latch onto a finger.

And when a person who has received the shot has dry skin, these expelled filaments will become airborne.

This could explain how shedding occurs from the vaxxed to the unvaxxed.

The Pfizer trial document stated that an unvaxxed individual in close proximity to someone who's been vaxxed can be infected by inhalation and skin contact.

In 2008, a biological nanotechnology pesticide designed to kill the brown moth in the state of California was deployed and appears to have included the same sort of fluorescent invisible microdye that we see in the scientific research.

Dr. Hildegard Stanninger tested individuals exposed to this nanotech pesticide and found that a glow could be detected in their eyes under UV light.

Dr. Stanninger called this the eye of Horus effect due to its similar appearance and claimed it was due to the use of fluorescent thiocyanate in the pesticide, which according to the literature would have been used to track the effectiveness of the dispersal.

The idea has been around for decades.

The Institute for National Security Studies Non-Lethal Weapons Terms and References, published in 1997, discusses an invisible infrared dye which is visible under UV light so that rioters can be later identified.

Justin Coy points out how the genetic code for luciferase, a bioluminescent enzyme found in nature, is included in the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines, along with SV40, which could theoretically allow the luciferase to be written into the genetics of the recipient.

Coy proposes that this could be what is causing the vaxxed to glow under UV light.

The TRACE Act was introduced in May of 2020.

The bill authorizes the Centers for Disease Control to contact, trace, and monitor the population.

In late 2020 and early 2021, people all over the world started noticing purple streetlights, which is the color of UV light.

The quantum dot tattoo research funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation provided a way of detecting whether or not a person was vaccinated by including fluorescent medical information in the vaccines.

Invisible near-infrared tattoos that would imprint beneath the skin to later be read by customized smartphones.

In the scientific literature on quantum dot research, these fluorescent medical information tattoos have a similar appearance to the faces of those infected by the vax under UV light.

You may or may not believe in biblical prophecy, but it seems clear that the ones running this diabolical program are using it as their playbook.

Delivering what her team billed as a “state of the race speech,” a defiant Haley vowed to remain in the race even as she polls far behind Trump in upcoming primaries across the map. Without offering any electoral strategy for her path forward, Haley described her candidacy as a battle for something “bigger than myself.”

 

And she cried as she invoked her husband’s military service, describing how he couldn’t be with her because he is deployed, and that America was worth fighting for. (Oh here we go, that woman wouldn’t cry if you cut off her arm.)

 

Haley’s speech served as something of a raison d'être for a candidate who lost decisively to Trump in Iowa and New Hampshire and is verging on a blowout loss in South Carolina. She pledged to continue on despite calls from high-level GOP leaders for her to end her presidential bid and support him as the party’s likely nominee.

 

Instead, Haley unleashed a torrent of criticism against the former president, calling him a “bully” who’s “getting meaner and more offensive by the day.”

Haley again rejected notions that she’s running for vice president or setting up a 2028 bid, even as she polls some 30 percentage points behind Trump in her home state. A Suffolk University/USA TODAY survey released Tuesday morningshowed Trump up 63 percent to 35 percent. The poll of 500 likely voters was conducted by phone from Feb. 15-18 and has a margin of error of plus or minus 4.4 percentage points.

 

Haley is vowing to keep campaigning past Saturday, starting with events in Michigan on Sunday. From there, Haley plans to campaign next week in half a dozen other Super Tuesday states and D.C. Ahead of her speech on Tuesday, Trump’s campaign advisers released their own memo,referring to Haley as a “wailing loser hell-bent on an alternative reality and refusing to come to grips with her imminent political mortality.”

 

Haley’s campaign officials have said they believe they can win delegates in Super Tuesday states with open- or semi-open primaries in which independents can cast ballots — doubling down on the strategy that brought her within a dozen points of Trump in New Hampshire. I, for myself. have not a single problem. I never really had a problem in my life (there were difficulties to manage but there was always a smooth path to handle that shit!). In a way, that I don´t understand I am blessed. Why? I don´t know. My life is fucking awesome and I am thankful for that!

But everyone I still have contact with has tons of problems with/in this world. They are about to lose their house or they have serious health issues (no, they did not!) or their mental state is breaking down in some heavy ways. They all contact me to talk. I am trying to tell everyone that the answer is Jesus but it seems that no one is really listening to what I am saying.

I am not sure how I could explain what I am trying to say, but their problems start to affect my personal life and comfy zone in some way. I am not bitching about that, trying to help as good as I can. But instead of reading the Gospel and some books that helped me to understand Jesus much more they try to give me advise with regards to things in the world. That´s just fucking crazy and brings me to this

"Don't forget to report your income from illegal activities and stolen property as you're doing your taxes this year," one social media user wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter, sharing the IRS 2023 documentation for preparing 2023 returns. The post received over 6.8 million views.

 

"Income from illegal activities, such as money from dealing illegal drugs, must be included in your income on Schedule 1 (Form 1040), line 8z, or on Schedule C (Form 1040) if from your self-employment activity," the IRS publication 525 states. In case of stolen property, taxpayers "must report its FMV [fair market value] in your income in the year you steal it, unless in the same year you return it to its rightful owner," the IRS writes.

 

The guidelines are not new but have been in place for years, at least since IRS publication 17, which was published in 2021, when the issue also became viral on social media.

 

Newsweek contacted the IRS for comment via phone early on Tuesday morning, outside of standard working hours.

 

Social media users joked about how unlikely it is for someone who has committed a crime to denounce it so that their income can be taxed appropriately by the federal agency. But jokes aside, the IRS rules carry heavy consequences for those found in breach of them.

 

Gangster Al Capone, long sought by U.S. authorities, was finally jailed in 1931 over tax evasion—not over the many murders he was directly or indirectly responsible for. The mob boss, who had famously said "They can't collect legal taxes from illegal money," was sentenced to 11 years in prison for failing to file tax returns reflecting the extent of his wealth. Despite living a very public lavish lifestyle, Capone had never filed a federal income tax return.

Admitting an illegal activity to the IRS doesn't necessarily equate to turning yourself in. The agency isn't forced to "tell the federal authorities about [the] activity." This type of income falls in the "other income" category.

A 280 million-year-old fossil thought to be a well-preserved specimen of an ancient reptile is largely a forgery, according to new research.

 

The fossil, initially discovered in the Italian Alps in 1931, has the scientific name Tridentinosaurus antiquus. Scientists thought the dark, deep outline of the lizardlike body encased in rock was skin and soft tissue, and they considered the fossil to be a puzzle piece for understanding early reptile evolution.

 

The fossil appeared in book and article citations over the decades, but no one ever studied it in detail. Housed in the collections at the University of Padua’s Museum of Nature and Humankind in Italy, the relic raised many questions about the exact nature of the creature it was in life when additional, similar specimens couldn’t be found.

 

A new, detailed analysis has revealed that the dark color of the fossil isn’t preserved genetic material — it’s just black paint covering a couple of bones and carved rock. The researchers behind the study reported their findings February 15 in the journal Paleontology.

 

“The body outline of this fossil specimen has the same colour of genuine fossilised soft tissues of plants and also animals,” said lead study author Dr. Valentina Rossi, postdoctoral researcher in paleobiology at University College Cork in Ireland, in an email. “So, without the use of diagnostic techniques, it was impossible to identify the dark colored material properly.”

 

The revelation highlights the fresh knowledge that could be reaped from reexamining old and previously studied fossil specimens in museum collections using the latest technological methods.

 

Unveiling a forgery

Reptiles first appeared between the Carboniferous and Permian eras, about 310 million to 320 million years ago. But understanding the evolution of these scaly vertebrates depends on what paleontologists unearth in the fossil record, and the diversity of the earliest reptilian animals is still a knowledge gap researchers are trying to fill.

 

Even rarer among ancient finds are fossils that contain soft tissue, which has the potential to harbor crucial biological information like DNA.

 

When the specimen was discovered, researchers thought the fossil might provide a rare glimpse into reptilian evolution.

“The fossil was believed to be unique because there were no other examples from the same geographical area and geological period of that preservation in a fossil vertebrate at the time,” Rossi said.

 

But the color of the supposed skin was similar to what had been observed in fossil plants found in similar rocks, Rossi said.

 

There were oddities about the find, such as a general lack of visible bones, including the skull bones, despite the fact that the body didn’t appear completely flat. So the initial assessment was that the specimen was essentially a mummy of an ancient reptile.

 

“A plausible explanation was that the bones were hidden below the layer of skin and thus not visible,” Rossi said. “There are few examples of dinosaurs mummies, where pretty much like human mummies, the bones are still wrapped inside the skin which is preserved in 3D.”

 

Intrigued by the growing uncertainty surrounding the fossil, Rossi and her colleagues began their study in 2021 by examining it with ultraviolet photography. The analysis revealed that the specimen was covered in a thick coating, Rossi said.

 

“Coating fossils with varnish is an ancient method of preservation because, in the past, there were no other suitable methods to protect fossils from natural decay,” said study coauthor Mariagabriella Fornasiero, curator of paleontology at the Museum of Nature and Humankind, in a statement.

 

Hoping to find biological information about the fossil beneath the coating, the team used powerful microscopes to analyze the samples of the remains across different wavelengths of light.

 

Instead, the researchers determined that the body outline was carved in the rock and painted with “animal charcoal,” a commercial pigment used about 100 years ago that was made by burning animal bones. The carving also explained why the specimen appeared to retain such a lifelike shape, rather than appearing flatter like a genuine fossil.

 

“The answer to all our questions was right in front of us, we had to study this fossil specimen in detail to reveal its secrets — even those that perhaps we did not want to know,” Rossi said.

 

The result was unexpected, but it explains why the fossil baffled researchers for decades. The latest research confirms it “is not the oldest mummy in the world,” said study coauthor Evelyn Kustatscher, curator of paleontology at the South Tyrol Nature Museum in Bolzano, Italy, and coordinator of the research project, in a statement.

 

Old secrets and new questions

Intriguingly, there are actual bones within the fossil. The hind limbs, although in poor condition, are real, and there are also traces of osteoderms, or scalelike structures. Now, the researchers are trying to determine the exact age of the bones and what animal they belonged to. The team is also studying the rock, which may also preserve insightful details from 280 million years ago.

 

It’s not the first time a fossil forgery has been uncovered, but Rossi said this particular style of forgery is unusual.

 

“The only fossil that I am aware of that was painted over rock is a fossilised crayfish which was made to look like a giant spider,” Rossi said. “In this particular case, however, the type of paint wasn’t identified, but I bet is a carbon-based one similar to what we found on our fossil.”

 

Given the lack of records to accompany the fossil, including a description of what exactly was found in 1931, Rossi and her team can’t be entirely sure that the forgery was done on purpose.

 

“We believe that, since some of the bones are visible, someone tried to expose more of the skeleton, by excavating more or less where someone would expect to find the rest of the animal,” Rossi said. “The lack of proper tools for preparing the hard rock did not help and the application of the paint in the end was perhaps a way to embellish the final work. Unfortunately, whether all of this was intentional or not, it did mislead many experts in interpreting this fossil as exceptionally preserved.”

 

Using advanced techniques to study fossils can reveal their true nature, Rossi said.

 

“It is of fundamental importance that research uses new methods to take a closer look at finds that have already been examined,” said study coauthor Fabrizio Nestola, professor of mineralogy and president of the University Center for Museums at the University of Padua, in a statement.

 

“The Tridentinosaurus is an example of how science can reveal old secrets — and how new questions can arise from them,” Nestola added. “It will then be the task of our museum to process the newly gained knowledge and bring it to the public in order to lead a scientific and cultural debate.”

What in the world is going on with Fani Willis’ potentially disqualifying love life? Here’s all you need to know.

A Fulton County judge held an evidentiary hearing on Thursday and Friday on Donald Trump and his co-defendants’ motion to disqualify District Attorney Fani Willis’ office from prosecuting the criminal case against them.Here’s your lawsplainer to understand the significance of last week’s sideshow.

 

The Indictment

In August 2023, Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis charged former President Donald Trump and 18 other defendants in a 98-page indictment. That indictment included a total of 41 different counts, but it was the state-law “RICO” racketeering count that proved the centerpiece of the indictment.

 

Throughout some 70 pages, the indictment alleged all 19 defendants, “unlawfully conspired and endeavored to conduct and participate in, directly and indirectly, such enterprise through a pattern of racketeering activity,” the purpose of which was “to unlawfully change the outcome of the election in favor of Trump.”

 

Both the RICO count and the 40 other miscellaneous criminal charges suffer from numerous legal and factual problems, as I detailed here. But that is not what last week’s hearing concerned. Last week, Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee held an evidentiary hearing on the pending motions to disqualify the district attorney’s office, which defendant Michael Roman originally filed.

 

Roman, who was a Trump 2020 campaign official, alleged multiple bases to dismiss the indictment against him, but the one that garnered the most attention concerned his claims that Willis had been involved in a sexual relationship with Nathan Wade, the man she hired to help lead the prosecution of Trump and the Trump-connected defendants. That relationship, Roman maintained, created a conflict of interest for Willis because she benefited from the hundreds of thousands of dollars Wade earned as a special prosecutor in the case.

 

After Roman’s attorney, Ashleigh Merchant, filed the motion to disqualify Willis in early January,at least eight other defendantsin the RICO criminal case filed similar motions, which all presented two main arguments: ==that the DA’s office is disqualified either for having “a conflict of interest” or for “forensic

misconduct.==”

 

Conflict-of-Interest Law

Last week’s evidentiary hearing before JudgeMcAfee focused only on the conflict-of-interest issue. Under Georgia law, a prosecutor is “disqualified” or barred from handling a criminal case where there is a “conflict of interest.”

 

This typically arises when an attorney “switches sides,” such as a former prosecutor seeking to represent a defendant, or a defense attorney joining the DA’s office. A conflict of interest also exists if a prosecutor is a witness in the case or has a relationship with a victim.

 

Georgia law also provides that a disqualifying conflict of interest exists when a special prosecutor is hired on a contingency-fee basis, being paid only upon securing a conviction. This exception has led to language in court cases suggesting disqualification is warranted when aprosecutor has “a personal financial stake in the outcome” of the trial.

Defendants’ Argument on Conflict

In their motions, Trump and his co-defendants essentially argue that Willis is disqualified from prosecuting this case because she had “a personal financial stake” in it. They say that by indicting not just Trump but 18 other people, Willis created a gravy train for her lover, Special Prosecutor Nathan Wade, which in turn allowed Wade to shower Willis with expensive gifts of travel, including two Caribbean cruises and a Napa Valley wine excursion.

 

According to the motions,Wade received approximately $1,000,000 for his work on the Trump RICOcase, compared toWillis, who earned just a tad over $198,000 in annual salary. With his earnings, the defendants argued, he paid for the couple’s trips. The defendants further highlighted various ethical rules for attorneys to argue Willis had a disqualifying conflict of interest.

 

Fani Willis Responds with Affidavit

On Feb. 2, lawyers for the district attorney’s office responded to the defendants’ motions to dismiss and to disqualify Willis, attaching a sworn statement signed by Wade in which he denied having had a “personal relationship” with Willis “prior to or at the time of [his] appointment as special prosecutor in 2021.”

 

According to Wade’s sworn statement, it was not until 2022 that he and Willis “developed a personal relationship.” Wade further swore that none of the funds he received in his role as special prosecutor were “shared with or provided to District Attorney Willis,” and that “expenses for personal travel were roughly divided equally between us.”

 

Based on Wade’s affidavit, the Fulton County DA’s office asked the court to deny the defendants’ motions, claiming no further hearing was necessary. In supplemental filings, the defendants claimed they had evidence Wade was lying about when his relationship with Willis began.

 

Judge Rules for Evidentiary Hearing

Judge McAfee rejected the DA office’s argument that it should deny the defendants’ motions without a hearing, ruling last Monday that “it’s possible that the facts alleged by the defendant could result in disqualification” and that “an evidentiary hearing must occur to establish the record on those core allegations.”

 

“I think the issues at point here are whether a relationship existed, whether that relationship was romantic or non-romantic in nature, when it formed and whether it continues,” McAfee explained, adding, “and that’s only relevant because it’s in combination with the question of the existence and extent of any personal benefit conveyed as a result of that relationship.”

 

These statements indicate that, in Judge McAfee’s view, a disqualifying conflict of interest would exist if Willis benefitted financially from her hiring of Wade.

 

Hearing Before Judge McAfee

Against that backdrop, last Thursday and Friday, the defendants set out to establish that Willis and Wade were involved in a personal relationship and that Wade spent money he earned as a special prosecutor on Willis in the form of expensive trips.

 

Over the two days, witnesses called included Terrence Bradley, a former partner at Nathan Wade’s law firm; Nathan Wade; Robin Bryant-Yeartie, a former close friend of Willis; Fani Willis; and Willis’ father, John Clifford Floyd III.

 

Theatrics aside, there were two competing storylines on two distinct issues: when the relationship began and whether Willis reimbursed Wade for the trips.

TITLE OF BILL:

 

An act to amend the public health law, in relation to the administration

of vaccines to children who are at least fourteen years of age

 

PURPOSE OR GENERAL IDEA OF BILL:

 

To allow minors who are at least fourteen years of age to have certain

vaccinations administered to him or herself.

 

SUMMARY OF PROVISIONS:

 

Section 1: Amends the public health law by adding a new section 2167-a.

The new section authorizes health care practitioners to administer

vaccinations to minors who are at least fourteen years of age without

their parent's knowledge or consent. These vaccinations must meet the

standards approved by the United States Public Health Service, and be

consistent with recommendations of the Advisory Committee on Immuniza-

 

tion Practices (ACIP) of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention,

or the New York State Department of Health under such conditions as may

be specified by the Public Health Council. Minors must have the capacity

to consent, and provide informed consent. "Health care practitioner,"

"vaccine," and "capacity to consent" are defined.

 

JUSTIFICATION:

 

In January of 2019, the World Health Organization (WHO) listed the anti-

vaccination movement to be one of the top ten threats to global health.

In the 2019, there was an unprecedented 650 reported cases of measles in

New York State. According to WHO, trends around the country and globally

have also seen a recent spike in measles diagnoses. While measles has a

relatively low fatality rate, those with leukemia and other immunocom-

promised individuals are at particular risk. The outbreak of measles

illustrates the risk a decline in herd immunity presents for an outbreak

of even more serious diseases.

 

Students bound for high school or higher education may be limited in

their educational opportunities should their parents or guardians refuse

vaccination. In a 2019 case in Orchard Park, New York, two students were

prevented from attending public schools because of their parents refused

to update their immunizations. Moreover, since most colleges and univer-

sities in New York require a panel of immunizations, students that

enroll in college prior to their eighteenth birthday may be unable to

receive required vaccinations without parental consent.

 

Minors are permitted to receive vaccinations without parental consent in

six states and Washington, D.C. These states utilize the 'mature minor

doctrine,' permitting minors the ability to make certain choices regard-

ing their bodily autonomy and health providing they have the capacity to

give informed consent.

First, both Willis and Wade testified that their personal relationship did not begin until sometime in 2022 — after Willis had already hired Wade as a special prosecutor in late 2021. Bryant-Yeartie, on the other hand, testified that she had witnessed the two “hugging, kissing,” and showing “affection” “before November 2021, when Wade was hired by Willis.” According toBryant-Yeartie, Willis had “also told her she was engaged in a romantic relationship with Wade in 2020 and 2021.”

 

Defense attorneys sought to obtain further corroboration of Bryant-Yeartie’s testimony from Wade’s former law partner, Bradley, but Bradley claimed he could not respond to any questions about when Wade and Willis’ relationship began because of “attorney-client privilege.” Bradley, who had briefly represented Wade during his divorce proceedings, maintained that everything he knew and observed about Wade’s relationship with Willis was protected by that privilege.

 

Defense counsel pushed for answers from Bradley, stressing thatwhat an attorney observes is not protected by attorney-client privilege, and neither are conversations unrelated to seeking legal advice. It wasn’t until the DA’s office accused Bradley of being fired from Wade’s law firm for sexually assaulting a client that the judge intervened.

 

Bradley had previously testified that he left the law firm over a “disagreement,” and when pushed on the falling-out, Bradley claimed that was “privileged information.” Judge McAfee reportedly concluded Bradley’s invocation of attorney-client privilege in response to questions about the circumstances under which he left Wade’s firm, suggesting Bradley might not “understand[] what attorney-client privilege means.”(KEK)

 

The judge then opted to question Bradley in chambers, and without attorneys for either side present, to assess what Bradley knew about Willis and Wade’s relationship, the basis for his knowledge, and whether it was indeed privileged. Depending on McAfee’s findings, he could bring Bradley back to the stand for further questioning. That won’t happen until likely next week, however, with the judge telling the attorneys it would be Friday, at the earliest, they could reconvene.

 

While much of last week’s hearing focused on when Willis and Wade’s relationship began, that’s irrelevant to the question of the conflict of interest because the two were undisputedly in a relationship later when Willis renewed her contract with Wade. Nonetheless, if Willis and Wade had begun their affair earlier, as Bryant-Yeartie testified, that would mean both the DA and the special prosecutor committed perjury — an even bigger problem.

 

Did Willis Reimburse Wade for the Trips?

The second focus of last week’s hearing concerned whether Willis reimbursed Wade for the trips they took together. Wade testified that while he paid for the trips on his credit cards, Willis paid him back in cash for the thousands of dollars in airfare, cruise fees, and other travel expenses. Willis likewise claimed she paid her half of the travel expenses with cash. The DA even called her father to the stand to testify that keeping such large amounts of cash on hand was the norm for black people.

 

What’s Next

This week will likely be a lull in the case as Judge McAfee considers the next steps and specifically whether to allow Bradley to be further questioned by defense attorneys. After that, according to a person familiar with the proceedings, attorneys will present summations to the court, highlighting the evidence they believe supports their argument.

 

The court will also consider the second basis for disqualification raised by some of the defendants: “forensic misconduct.”

Disqualification for Forensic Misconduct4/4

Under Georgia law, disqualification is appropriate for a “prosecutor’s forensic misconduct,” which, generally defined, is “any activity by the prosecutor which tends to divert the jury from making its determination of guilt or innocence by weighing the legally admitted evidence in the manner prescribed by law.”

 

Several of the defendants in the Trump RICO case thus seek to disqualify Willis by highlighting her many public statements that seek to try the defendants in the court of public opinion. The motions to disqualify point to Willis’ speech in a church soon after news broke of her affair with Wade, and her attempt to frame the attacks on her and Wade as racist.

 

The defendants also condemned Willis for calling them “fake electors” in the press — a term that is both legally inaccurate and prejudicial, and thus further evidence of forensic misconduct, according to the defendants. Finally, the defendants maintain that Willis engaged in forensic misconduct by providing the authors of the book Find Me The Votes: A Hard-Charging Georgia Prosecutor, a Rogue President, and the Plot to Steal an American Election access to information related to the criminal case. That book, published last month, included details from the authors’ extensive interviews with Willis.

 

No Hearing Necessary

Last week’s hearing did not explore the question of whether disqualification for forensic misconduct was appropriate. An individual familiar with the proceedings told The Federalist the court had previously ruled an evidentiary hearing on that issue was not necessarybecause Willis’ statements spoke for themselves. But the issue of whether forensic misconduct disqualifies Willis remains live and will be a focus when the parties return to court to present their summations.

 

That all assumes Judge McAfee allows Bradley to forego further questioning. If, on the other hand, the judge rules that defense attorneys may further question Bradley — and that Bradley must answer the questions posed — the circus of a hearing may resume. Either way, itwill likely be mid-March before McAfee can issue a ruling on the totality of the issues.

 

If he holds Willis is disqualified from prosecuting the case,that ruling will render the entire DA office disqualified and toss the case to the Prosecuting Attorneys’ Council of the State of Georgia, which would then appoint an independent counsel to reevaluate the case and decide how to proceed.

 

Fear about the possibility that an independent counsel may delay the case until after the 2024 election or conclude that criminal charges are not appropriate led The New York Times to run an op-ed last month urging Willis to take a voluntary leave of absence to ensure Trump faced a criminal trial before voters cast ballots this November. As I wrote at the time, “That the anti-Trump brigade is so forcefully pushing to keep the criminal prosecution of Trump in the hands of the Fulton County DA’s office, even if that means Willis must step aside, speaks volumes to the frivolousness of the indictment.” Last week’s hearing and Willis’ testimony confirmed that conclusion.

The bottom line is that the administration is letting thousands of migrants into the U.S. without paying bail bonds to ensure they return for an immigration status hearing. And it’s setting the bond price so low that it’s not worth it for bond companies to hunt down those who skip bail.

 

“Instead of detaining illegal aliens, the Biden administration is releasing everyone,” said Jon Feere, a former U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement chief of staff.

 

“The Biden administration is dismantling the detention and bonds programs by simply releasing every illegal alien it can into the United States. And they’re not too concerned about ever locating them ever again. Just mass, lawless chaos without any attempt at actual management,” said Feere, the director of investigations with the Center for Immigration Studies.

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (AP) — Missouri prosecutors said Tuesday that two men have been charged with murder in last week’s shooting that killed one person and injured 22 others after the Kansas City Chiefs’ Super Bowl parade.

 

Both adults are chargedwith second-degree murder and other charges.

 

They have been hospitalized since the shooting, Jackson County prosecutor Jean Peters Baker said during a news conference. (They will never release the names, many think this was gang crime. If they don't name the race, they are not white)

 

The new charges come after two juveniles were detained last week on gun-related and resisting arrest charges. Authorities said more charges are possible.

Police have said a dispute among several people led to the shooting, which happened even as 800 police officers patrolled the celebration.

A former Golden Gloves boxing champ and celebrity fitness trainer on TV’s “The Biggest Loser” launched a bid to “knock out” three-term Democratic Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand in the November election.

 

Trump backer Cara Castronuova — a conservative journalist who has advocated for Jan. 6 rioters — emerged as a late entry into the GOP fray just days before state party leaders are set to select a favored candidate at a convention Thursday.

 

“I have been a fighter my whole life,” said Castronuova, 44. “Let me get inside the ropes against Kirsten Gillibrand — one-on-one, woman vs. woman. I will knock her out of DCC and bring home the title to the Republican Party

 

“I’m not afraid,” she told The Post Monday. ” know what’s like to lose. I know what it’s like to win. It’s about the fight.”

 

Castronuova has netted endorsements from the Staten Island Republican Party, former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani and longtime Trump adviser Roger Stone.

 

Castronuova ran for state Assembly in 2022, losing to Democrat Michaelle Solages in the blue 22nd district. She received 42% of the vote.

 

She co-founded the group Citizens Against Political Persecution to advocate for alleged Jan. 6 pro-Trump rioters at the Capitol building and has been a reporter for Newsmax, recently interviewing Trump supporters in The Bronx.

 

Given her late bid into the race just days before the convention, Castronuova said her goal is to get 25% of the weighted vote from party activists at the convention to qualify to run in a Republican primary.

 

“Primaries are healthy. Voters should have a choice,” said Castronuova, a lifelong Elmont resident and Hofstra University graduate.

 

Retired NYPD detective Michael Sapraicone is considered the frontrunner to net the endorsement after lining up substantial support from GOP leaders in most of the largest counties in the state.

 

Also seeking the nomination is businessman Josh Eisen, who has been endorsed by former GOP Gov. George Pataki.

 

In 2020, Castronuova organized an anti-lockdown protest in Albany during the COVID-19 outbreak.

 

She said she’s an unapologetic booster of former President Trump.

 

“I’m an `America First” person. I believe Trump had great policies and he was a great president. He’s retweeted articles I have written,” Castronuova said.

 

“I’m not wishy-washy. Trump is the leader of our party.”
