The White House is demanding Fox News retract its coverage of bribery allegations against President Biden’s son, Hunter, in the wake of the arrest of a key figure in the accusations against the Biden family.

 

Calling the allegations against Hunter Biden “false,” White House special assistant to the president Ian Sams blasted the network for covering claims of bribery against the president’s son both online and over its airwaves “aggressively.”

 

“I would cite the number of times Jesse Watters and Sean Hannity promoted this allegation and made false statements about President Biden on primetime television throughout this time period, but the footnote citations would fill multiple pages,” Sams wrote in his letter to Fox News top brass, which was obtained Thursday by The Hill.

 

“As you of course now know, the source of this allegation has been federally indicted for making the whole thing up,” Sams continued. “Despite this, Fox has taken no steps to retract, correct, or update its reporting on this false allegation from 2023.”

 

The FBI informant at the center of the GOP’s allegations against Biden, Alexander Smirnov, was indicted Feb. 14 by federal authorities, who say his claims about Biden came from Russian intelligence personnel.

 

 

In a statement to The Hill, a Fox News spokesperson said: “Fox News Media has reported on all key developments since the announcement that Alexander Smirnov was charged with lying to the FBI, featuring the story prominently.”

 

“We will continue to report on developments in all aspects of the ongoing investigations, hearings, and trials,” the spokesperson said.

 

House Republicans are centering their impeachment push against President Biden on his son’s foreign business dealings, which the White House has repeatedly dismissed as partisan and lacking merit.

Hunter Biden repeatedly told House investigators behind closed doors that his father was not involved in his business deals as part of an hours-long and, at times, contentious interview.

 

Republicans on the House Judiciary and Oversight committees released the nearly 230-page transcript on Thursday, about 24 hours after they concluded their private deposition that is part of a sweeping impeachment inquiry into President Joe Biden. Much of the GOP investigation has focused on the business deals of Joe Biden’s family members, as lawmakers have struggled to find a smoking gun linking official actions he took as president or vice president to those financial agreements.

 

Hunter Biden — in a theme he previewed in a defiant opening statement on Wednesday morning — told lawmakers and congressional aides that his father had no involvement in his business arrangements as he fielded questions on years-old financial deals and his own well-publicized struggle with addiction. Republicans have said they now want to have a public hearing with Hunter Biden — something neither he nor his legal team has committed to this week, after pushing for one last year before they agreed to the private deposition.

 

“All I know is this: My father was never involved in any of my business, ever. Never received a cent from anybody or never benefited in any way. Never took any actions on behalf in any way. And I can absolutely, 100 percent state, that is not just in my case but in every family member's case,” Hunter Biden told lawmakers, according to the transcript.

 

Republicans largely used the closed-door interview to press Hunter Biden on his business deals with companies in China and Ukraine, as well as testimony from previous business associates that he would put his father on speakerphone or that Joe Biden dropped by dinners or lunches. Those same associates have testified that business was not discussed.

 

Hunter Biden didn’t deny that he put his father on speakerphone when at dinner with business associates, saying that he always answers when his dad calls and quipping to investigators: “Over the course of the last 30 years when speakerphone was invented on a cell phone? I’m certain my dad has called me.”

 

He also confirmed that he would invite his father to stop by for lunch or dinners and didn’t contest testimony from former business associate Rob Walker that Joe Biden had stopped by a lunch in 2017, but tried to draw a bright line between his father briefly meeting someone and having a meeting with them. Walker previously told investigators that Joe Biden wasn’t involved in their business deals and characterized his appearance at the lunch as exchanging pleasantries.

 

“He was not involved with any business activity. The problem comes a few places the dating of Mark is one of the earliest if you are to believe the story they tell you. The problem comes in that much of new testament may have been written after certain events, like the destruction of the temple. Easy to write prophecy if it already happened and then predate your story. The gnostics combined the teachings and had from my understanding a closer connecting to Greek myths then anything the modern church would teach. (CN) — Elon Musk says in a Thursday lawsuit that Sam Altman and OpenAI have betrayed an agreement from the artificial intelligence research company's founding to develop the technology toward the benefit of humanity over profits.

 

In the suit filed Thursday night in San Francisco Superior Court, Musk claims OpenAI's recent relationship with tech giant Microsoft has compromised the company's original dedication to public, open source artificial general intelligence.

 

''"OpenAI, Inc. has been transformed into a closed-source de facto subsidiary of the largest technology company in the world: Microsoft. Under its new board, it is not just developing but is actually refining an AGI to maximize profits for Microsoft, rather than for the benefit of humanity," Musk says in the suit.''

 

Musk brings claims including breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty and unfair business practices against OpenAI and asks for the company to revert back to open source. Musk also requests an injunction to prevent OpenAI, its president Gregory Brockman and its CEO Sam Altman — named as co-defendants in the case — as well as Microsoft, from profiting off of the company's artificial general intelligence technology.

 

Artificial general intelligence, a type of AI developed to autonomously perform on the cognitive level of humans, has been OpenAI's main goal and is demonstrated, Musk says, in its GPT-4. GPT-4 was released in March 2023, but according to Musk, remains a closed model, in contrast to previous iterations — a move driven by commercial considerations rather than in the interest of humanity.

 

"The internal details of GPT-4 are known only to OpenAI and, on information and belief, to Microsoft. GPT-4 is hence the opposite of 'open AI,'" Musk says in the suit. "And it is closed for propriety commercial reasons: Microsoft stands to make a fortune selling GPT-4 to the public, which would not be possible if OpenAI—as it is required to do—makes the technology freely available to the public."

 

"Contrary to the Founding Agreement, Defendants have chosen to use GPT-4 not for the benefit of humanity, but as proprietary technology to maximize profits for literally the largest company in the world," he adds.

 

Musk in his suit also hones in on the 2023 firing and subsequent reinstatement of Altman as CEO. Altman's ouster, Musk says, prompted Microsoft to step in and force the resignation of the board members who attempted to remove him. The current board members, Musk claims, are no longer scientists and researchers that support and understand the technology.

 

"OpenAI, Inc.’s once carefully crafted non-profit structure was replaced by a purely profit-driven CEO and a Board with inferior technical expertise in AGI and AI public policy. The board now has an observer seat reserved solely for Microsoft," Musk claims.

 

Musk, who was an original board member of OpenAI but departed in 2018, says the conflict between the board and Altman stemmed from the development of GPT-4 and the potential next iteration of the AGI technology, which Musk worries could compromise public safety.

 

Microsoft, which is not named as a defendant in the suit, gained exclusive licensing to OpenAI's GPT-3 language model in 2020. Microsoft continues to assert rights to GPT-4, which it claims has not reached the level of AGI, which would block its licensing privileges.

 

Musk claims Microsoft's hold on Altman and the OpenAI board will keep them from declaring GPT-4 as a AGI in order to keep the technology private and profitable.

 

Neither OpenAI nor Musk could immediately be reached for comment Thursday night. Musk is represented in the suit by Los Angeles law firm Irell & Manella.

This legislation is attempting to be passed for Kentucky but if they’re successful you know they’ll try to take it nationwide.

 

“Currently, businesses must provide a meal break every 3 to 5 hours, but this mandate, which was created in 1974, is eliminated by section 15 of the bill. House Bill 500 leaves it to the employer to decide if they will provide an unpaid lunch break, uh, or force workers to juggle eating while on the job.

 

Additionally, at present, employers must provide at least a 10 minute rest period for every 4 hours of work in addition to a scheduled lunch period. House Bill 500 repeals that requirement.

 

These breaks are important for every worker, but especially in jobs with high physical intensity or in hot locations like a warehouse or a roof.

 

Right now, state law encourages employer employers to give employees some downtime each week to rest, to recover, to spend time with their families by entitling employees who work 7 days in a row to receive time and a half overpay, but house bill 500 repeals that as well.

 

But then house bill 500 goes even further by eliminating employer liability for failure to provide overtime or even minimum wage for workers and time spent traveling between job sites.

 

In other words, an HVAC repairman or a landscaping crew could get paid as little as a penny per hour for time spent driving between houses. Collectively, these provisions weaken multiple common sense protections for safe working conditions and fair pay that have safeguarded Kentuckians for at least a half a century. We as a state put these protections in place for a reason, and those reasons have not changed since then.”

Instead of letting the D.C. Court of Appeals’s decision against Trump stand, the Court decided it would weigh in on whether a president is immune from prosecution, which is, in fact, a big deal. Kiev has called on Germany to provide some of its Taurus missiles. The officers in the leaked recording debate whether the weapon system was adequate for hitting the Crimean Bridge in Russia, which connects eastern Crimea to Krasnodar Region across the Kerch Strait.

 

According to the transcript, the officers discussed how a successful attack on a key piece of Russian infrastructure would require additional satellite data, possible deployment of missiles from French Dassault Rafale fighter jets, and at least a month of preparation.

 

One participant observed that due to the size of the bridge, which is the longest in Europe, even 20 missiles may not be enough to cause significant damage. It is comparable to a runway in that regard, he noted.

 

”They want to destroy the bridge… because it has not only military strategic importance, but also political significance,” Gerhartz is quoted as saying, apparently referring to officials in Kiev. “It would be concerning if we have direct connection with the Ukrainian armed forces.”

 

The officers went on to discuss how close the German military should be working on the proposed operation so as not to cross the ‘red line’ of being involved directly. Secretly training Ukrainians in the use of German weapons and helping them plan the operation were deemed acceptable. Concerns about the press learning about such cooperation were also raised, the transcript reveals."

In a shock move that caught the industry by surprise, Tim Buckley said today (Feb. 29) he is retiring by year-end as Vanguard chairman and chief executive officer after a successful tenure – judging by managed assets.

 

Yet, Buckley also made a series of decisions that were questioned by fans and critics alike – most recently to disallow investors any access to Bitcoin investments.

This is Donna Hildebrand's story…Her Husband is a P.A. ~ PHYSICIANS ASSISTANT & Had to receive a MANDATORY FLU VACCINE for work.

 

HER STORY: He walked in healthy. 50 years old, never had any health issues TO GET HIS MANDATORY FLU SHOT.

 

The next day he had severe double vision & he felt very weak. Each day something changed & as he said: “Everyday I lose more of me. I am disappearing!” He started slurring his words & could barely let out whispers, lost his ability to walk, experienced extreme confusion & disconnection, had episodes of crying followed by laughing followed by crying - no control over his emotions.

 

Within one week, he went from managing a full heart hospital caring 22 beds of patients from multiple cardiologist (lots of personalities to work with & lots of tasks which requires mental sharpness & emotional balance… that he was brilliant at) to an invalid in 7 days.

 

He could not feed himself or bathe himself. He could not look you in the eyes… he was physically there, but he was gone. His vitals were all great, but his brain was injured with 4 aggressive lesions. We didn’t make the connection (interestingly enough).

 

My husband didn’t mention he had received the flu shot at work & I didn’t even know. We had weeks of testing, multiple MRI’s, spinal tap, multiple blood tests. He received IV steroids 11 different days, was in ER twice & admitted into 2 different hospitals… they couldn’t find what caused his lesions.

 

After seeing 3 different neurologist, we were finally referred to a top neuro-immunologist expert in the US.

 

In our first conversation with him, he asked us, “When did he last have a flu shot? Please ask the hospital for his vaccine records! I bet that’s what happened! I see it all the time!”

 

The Flu Vaccine causes demyelination! My husbands experience! Since then, I’ve done extensive research on the flu vaccine specifically.

Addressing his audience at the news briefing, DeSantis said, “We are now sitting here, decades later, and you’ve had Epstein and then [Ghislaine] Maxwell is actually in prison in Florida and yet nothing else has ever happened with any of this.”

 

He continued, “How is that possible given the magnitude of what was going on? Anyone ever read DALE BROWN (not to be confused with Dan Brown) "The Kremlin Strike" or "Eagle Station"? (ES). Books were publiched in 2019, and 2020 respectively, and reference the creation of Space Force that President Trump enacted, along with current/recent launches.

 

Synopsis of books: It's about RussiaChina putting a weaponized platform/satellite in orbit that is remotely controlled, and/or space stations on the moon where massive amounts of Helium 3 (rare minerals) can be found. Both books outline plasma technology that is capable of massive destruction (Russia/China wanted world dominance, in the book). Obviously, the USA had revolutionary planes that could go hypersonic and orbital, and were used against Russia/China in the space takeover.

 

Lots of military jargon, weapons descriptions, DEW, and insight into various govt agencies. Makes ya wonder if the book is based on true weapons/planes/rockets/space stations/and capabilities by these 3 superpowers. The book highlights SpaceX, Falcon 9, Falcon Heavy, Dragon, Blue Origin, Delta IV Heavy, United Launce Alliance, Xeus lunar lander, Masten Space Systems and United Launch Allicance. Which also makes one wonder about all the rockets/satellites that SpaceX launches.

 

The books also reference various rockets taking up heavy payloads, which, once released into space, can be remotely controlled to dock with each other. In essence, new space stations could be built on earth and assembled in space (per the book). (Think about Russia's current space station leak and what is happening with that issue.)

 

Side note: We all know multiple meaning exist, Q told us that. "Eagle Station" =ES. There are Qdrops with ES, most of which reference Edward Snowden or other characters. One in particular (Q1504) states "ES is key". Could we have an Eagle Station in orbit?

Mark Cuban actually gave P. Diddy (Sean Combs) a job to design the Dallas Mavericks Jerseys

 

Right now P. Diddy is being outed as the Jeffery Epstein of the music industry.

 

The Mavericks had 20 years worth of sexual abuse scandals of their own.

 

The former GM of the Mavericks, Donnie Nelson sued the Mavericks claiming that Mark Cuban fired him because he reported the sexual misconduct of a team executive.

 

Mark Cuban himself was reported by a Portland Women for sexual abuse.
